Kathy is great when there is something to benefit from. She helped me with initial loan and then I did a refi to remove the PMI. First red flag while we did get the rate low she said the PMI wouldn’t fall off until July if 2021 she said don’t worry I have it marked on my calendar I’ll get it done. Come July, I had to hound her on the phone for an answer. I sent her text after text no reply. I spoke to Gino her assistant who said she was very u reliable when cant benefit from customers account. Needless to say it’s January 2022 I never got a call back from Kathy.
