Refinancing is the process of obtaining a new mortgage in an effort to reduce monthly payments*, lower your interest rates, take cash out of your home for large purchases, or change mortgage companies. Most importantly, Mondie was honest about what I could and could not afford, and when I found a home to purchase, she made the experience seamless. I personally have an aversion to printing, scanning, copying, and then doing it all over again, simply to satisfy some person in a room somewhere who needs proof of this document in order to prove another document exists that proves another document exists, times infinity. Mondie did 95% of all of that for me, and before I knew it, the loan was ready and complete.

I have been a full-time Realtor for over 10 years, and Mondie has consistently provided my clients with exceptional service. Yesterday, we closed one of the more difficult transactions I have ever worked on, and we could not have done with without Mondie! Not only did she take on a buyer with very complicated finances and some derogatory items on his credit report, but the buyer was also very difficult to deal with on many occasions. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. Mondie was extremely patient, personable, and most importantly honest.
