I LOVE, LOVE this place. I've been going to this salon for the past year and I leave happy with the results every time. The owner is the sweetest and she is very professional, she listens to what I want and she makes it happen every time. Definitely worth it.

I used to go a lot to this place. It was my go to place but I don't know what happened that now it's so hard to get an appointment to be seen, and if you DO get it's some outrageous times like in the weekdays and mornings. I've been trying to get in for about 2 month and seems like they never have openings.

You get charger 20$ for a consultation . Let me remind you this is not a upscale salon and definitely not located in a nice area . You can go to any other upscale salon and they will give you a free consultation . 5-10 minutes in the chair for 20$. She charges you 30$ for a "haircut" that consists of only chopping the ends off of your hair and that's it. I understand that business is business but it's obvious she's finessing people as much as she can . She's also making her self seem more in demand so she can get more clientele . Clients will call to make appointments

I didn't even know this place was close to my old home. I needed a haircut badly and didn't want to go all the way to Cicero! Christina cut my hair. Very nice and lovely, I love my hair cut. I usually get longe layers but I'm happy with what I got! Also very nice when I asked for suggestions about my hair, I'm always scared to ask!

I was shocked to read the bad reviews!! I have been to so many upscale salons for my hair to be falling out or just got damaged from processed to long!!! From the moment I walked into Nubia's Salon she knew my name welcomed me in. She was honest about my consolation of how damaged my hair was from previous salons. I wanted ash but that couldn't work due to my damage. Nubia did come up with a plan of action to offer dimension in my hair, and treatments to get my hair back on track. We will be doing extensions coming up very soon and I will repost with pictures. I am adding pictures now

Nubia is a very talented colorist , I ve been getting my hair colored and highlighted in Mario Tricoci and Zanos no comparison at all what so ever just glad I finally found her not only does she care of her clients but the passion she has for it I was blown away from her. Making my hair healthy again it's huge so grateful. 💕💕💕

I have been with Nubia for over 4 years and she always amazes me. Nubia has given me the courage to rock the ashy blonde that I have never had. I recommend to book your appointment like 1 year in advanced just because she is in high demand. People might say it's ridiculous, but I believe that shows you how great of work ethic she has. Book the appointment and just wait for the day to come because you will not regret it. She has an amazing team so it doesn't matter who you go with you'll get what you paid for. Also check out nubias hair product line!! Purple potion is amazing!!!

Super bad service!!! I called to make an appointment and they gave me one for a week later and I called a day before to confirm the time and the receptionist told me she didn't even know if the stylist would be in and said she'd have her call me to let me know if she would be available or not. So after I already had my appointment to get my hair done, she might not even go in that day?! I did not receive a call back and I made sure they got my phone number right! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So sad I was looking forward to getting my hair done by MATILDE THE OWNER. Saw they had great reviews
