At first I thought this place was pretty good, okay prices and okay food. But last time I ordered, I did so on their website and when I got home and opened it, I realized it was like 1 pound of rice with barely any chicken... their standard order for the meats are sooo small in quantity. Their standard should be 2 skewers of meat for a higher price because that standard 1 skewer is literally 3 bites.
I was so disappointed because I had gotten it for my brother and you know guys and protein...
The proportion of carbs to protein is way off.
Also getting a tub of hummus for 1 or 2 orders is way

This place fell off 100%. Used to have delicious food but the taste and quality is just not there anymore. Don't know if they changed the recipe, cooks or just different suppliers but it ain't the same as before. Been coming here for the last 5 years, now it's time to find another spot. Why do all the bomb spots fall off after they get super successful. Sad.

Used to really love this place; however, today I received the worst customer service. 1. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:05PM, I get there and they tell me I have to wait another 25 min. I return and pick up my food at that time. 2. I ordered 1 chicken shish wrap & 1 beef shish wrap. Both were chicken. 3. I also ordered a beef combo plate and there were no onions. 4. I call to speak to someone and a lady transfers me to a man who tells me he made my order and I'm incorrect about the wraps. I'm literally looking at 2 chicken shish wraps and he's telling me one was beef

This wasn't the first time ordering from here, but unfortunately will be the last, the quality went to ZERO, we ordered for a group of 6 and they were all DISSATISFIED with the quality and the portion "literally KIDS MEAL SIZE", seemed like the meat and chicken were awfully over barbecued without even getting marinated - no taste, even the quality of the appetizers went to ZERO ... couldn't finish our plates ... Management needs to figure out what's happening, since the last few months reviews clearly shows a negative trend and they need to STEP up immediately, SOMETHING is WRONG ... You raised

We've been ordering kabob plates from here for years, and they are always delicious! The meat has the best seasoning of any other kabob place I've tried. The only thing that has caused me to knock off one star is the portion size has gone down significantly. You used to receive a pound (about 10 hearty pieces) of meat, but it has gone down to 4 pieces of varying sizes. Quite a significant change without warning.

I stopped by around 1pm for lunch on Sunday. It seems like a lot of people do pick up here since multiple people came to get their orders. It makes a lot of sense since there is only 2 tables outside with 7 chairs total. There is street parking or parking behind the restaurant. If you park behind the restaurant make sure to walk around to the front entrance and not walk through the door in the back.
They have multiple screens that have a video playing which I was a little surprised because the menu was on a paper on the counter which would be hard to see if there was a line for orders. If you

Firstly, it says there is dine-in but that equates to a couple of tables outside, right in front of the stop lights on a main road so you'd get loads of lovely exhaust fumes if you ate out there. Good job my hotel is only 5 minutes away and I decided to drive tonight!
I ordered a lamb combo and a pound of beef but I guess there was a misunderstanding and I received a beef combo instead! So much rice and so little meat in the beef combo!

I used to get food from this place but they keep disappointing me. It’s been for the millionth of time I pick up my order and see something is missing. Like I cant open and check my order when I pick it up . Am I right? I called them, but instead of helping me they put me on hold for several minutes, so I got tired and hung up. It’s not about the money, it’s about the disappointment when you are hungry and your beef kabab is literally rare, completely red inside. I wont probably order for some time until the service gets better.

So this place has gone down the drain. The combo plate having only meat per plate and getting only one sauce is honestly fine, whatever, don't care. But the last order will be my last (see pic)
We ordered pork shish combo plate and beef louleh combo plate. The beef louleh combo plate was fine but the pork shish combo plate was honestly shameful. There were 4 small pork in there and they were all burnt.
I'm sad we have to find a new kabob place as this place used to be so good and consistent.

OKF was my go to spot when I wanted a good meal quick. Unfortunately, their protein portion size has shrunk. They used to offer a combo with 2 different kebabs, usually a full lb of meat. Now it's a single kebab. If there was an option to add another kebab without doing a la carte that'd be great. A la carte gives you a full lb, but that's way too much to add on to a combo.
Overall the food is delicious & have zero complaints with the food itself. The quality is always fantastic.

I'm sad to write this review but the management here needs to get their stuff together. I called to place a catering order for 8 people 4 hours before I needed it. The lady over the phone said please order online and choose the time you want to pick up, so I did. I arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and the gentlemen told me my order was not ready and they needed another 1.5 - 2 hours (he said it like it was no big deal) So I asked for a manager and when she came to talk to me, I explained the situation and she literally blew me off, rolled her eyes and turned her back on me

If you want value without sacrificing taste, this is the place for you. We find ourselves coming back time and again. The food is always consistently good. Our go-tos are the pork (great flavor), chicken thighs (so juicy), and beef (hubby likes this) kabobs. Their hummus is always solid- smooth and creamy. I especially love the complex flavor of their baba ghanoush- smoky, buttery, with a bit of a kick. Their dipping sauces are also fantastic, elevating everything that it comes in contact with.

I've been craving Mediterranean food for soooo long and a friend recommended this place to me yesterday so we decided to go grab some dinner. I got the combo plate which I expected to only have two strips of meat but it actually came with four! It's such a huge portion for the price and I was very pleasantly surprised. I got the beef louleh and the meat was perfectly seasoned with a very satisfying texture. It didn't crumble apart and wasn't tough to chew. The rice is amazing, and the seasoned onions offer a nice crunch for texture. I made a salad at home to go along with everything

What a great Kabob place near my work office! I was craving something different today since I had to go into the office so I looked up Kabob places near my office and this place got good reviews. So I decided to drive there and it was the best choice. They have underground parking so that's where I parked my car. When I walked in, the employee greeted me and I told him it was my first time here at the place. So he went through their meat options and what I should try since it was popular. I decided to go with the combo plate and pick beef louleh since he told me it was good and the chicken shish
