NUCCA is an acronym that stands for National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association. Upper cervical simply means upper neck. Your spine can get off balance and mis-align with any injury. Conditions such as low back pain, TMJ disorders, neck pain, headaches, migraines, disc damage and even vertigo are commonly seen with upper neck injuries.

Been to over 40 doctors during the course of 8 years, trying to find out out why my neck is in so much pain. No one knew. Intouch Chiro was the first place to find what's going on (and doing so in the first appointment like it was no big deal), and be able to treat and improve my symptoms. Pissed I didn't find them sooner.

I love Dr. Young and Dr. Tapia. Thanks to them, I have regained my range of motion in my neck. By fixing my neck, other aches and pains went away. I am always greeted warmly by Joselyn and Kayla. Dr. Young and Dr. Tapia went above and beyond by helping my niece find a NUCCA doctor in the Sacramento area. She is in her early 30's and her pain was keeping her from living a normal life. After years of pain from a car accident, her pain is much better and is improving all the time.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Young and Dr. Tapia for treatment of TMJ and neck pain. I have been a patient for a couple of years and I keep thanking my stars for putting them in my pathway. For years I tried and to no avail, the conventional Chiropractic treatment of 'Snap, Crackle, & Pop'. This ultimately found me none the better and possibly even worse off as my neck & back pain continued on unabated. Finaly weary of the pain & at the advice of a friend, I decided to try the gentle approach of the "Nucca" technique offered up by Dr's Young & Tapia at Intouch Chiropractic. Xrays were taken, a baseline was established, and then a plan was developed.

I have to say this is a mixed review at best, and I need to separate it into two aspects - the medical therapy, which is fine, and this clinic's business practices, which are TERRIBLE.
We have a 23 year old son who earlier this year was in excruciating pain due to a highly compressed and herniated disk in his lower back. It was SO bad that he literally was bedridden, could barely walk and could not attend college because he could not sit upright for more than a few minutes. We were desparate to get him some medical relief so he could go back to school, get his degree, and get on with life

Dr. Young is always caring and concerned and Jocelyn (staff member) is the best. Just the other day I was thinking of how much time I used to devote to trying to ease the pain from a constant knot in my upper back/neck area. I spent over $3.600 to a treatment where I was only touched (very slightly touched on the neck and the neck only for amazing 30+ sessions!!!!!!) my problem was lower and middle back pain. They have a machine that do their popularity. I never felt so scammed before. I would see the other Chiropractor at this location doing all different techniques, on his patients but unfortunately not with the one I got. I wasted time and money and now going after other Chiropractors. Do not fall for this Nucca scam! Never been so frustrated with a Chiropractor before

Pretty awesome place. I love the staff, everybody from the receptionist to the chiropractors are very attentive, genuine, and attentive. I came here for almost a year of therapy. I had several lower back and neck problems. All of them were rectified, including a heartburn issue (something to do w all your body when aligned heals itself). I absolutely recommend this place for your chiropractic needs.
