The new property "manager" is unresponsive and is barely in the office. She also lacks people and organizational skills. Thankfully I am moving out soon and will NOT be renewing my lease. Ana was great and went above and beyond from the application process to making the community a better place while living there. She was always polite, friendly and would return your calls/emails.
Hopefully the owners hire someone more capable of the job responsibilities in a timely fashion or the community will suffer. I've already spoken with several of my neighbors who are also displeased with the new property
