Awfully experience we lived here for a year the manager that was in charge when we lived there told us we had one more month if we wanted to renew the lease and we of course said no. We paid every rent and some how there messed up my husband’s credit not it shows he owes them 2,400.

The apartments are amazing the apartment manager is so nice and kind she is amazing she done everything in her power too get us moved and and I think her so much for all the help she has done for us thank you so much

Moved-in in Mid March & moved out Mid-May. The apartment was no up to par & I had multi incidents where I didn’t have amenities like electric was out of a few weeks & the ac. I truly believe it was from the lack of effort from management. Never at work, disregarding for the tenet. Would just sweep frustrations under the rug as a misunderstanding. One point there was no on in the office, no addressing the next person we are supposed to be able to reach out to.
I say all that to say this. I was able to get me lease terminated & move. My heart still went out to the people that didn’t have or

With the new management(great by the way now). Is willing to handle all issue that arise and is there during office hours which helps alot. Issue are usually resolved in 3 days or 5(depending on issue). Right next to park to walk in and not to many overall issue from me.

Tried to move in but Krystal was absolutely terrible when it came to getting things done. She never called back even after a whole week. Constantly disconnected the phones. Constantly left work early and closed down for several hours out if the day. Never picked up phones and constantly made up excuses to do anything but work. Her language at that is terrible she constantly cusses and talks about irrelevant life choices. If i could rare 0 i would.

Gave this place 5 stars ten months ago when miss Mary was here. Only have lived here for ten months and have gone through six different people in the office. If you are looking for no AC, water damage, fake pest control, like being lied to, possibly stollen from and want to be charged far too much look no further place is the one for you.

We have lived at the Parkview apartments 2 years. Ms Mary is very helpful and any issues we have had she has fixed it. Apartment community is very quiet. We have a pool and a really nice grill that management had installed.
