Before you apply to rent an apartment home in our community, please take the time to review this screening policy. All persons 18 years or older, not dependents and not married will be required to complete separate rental applications. Applicants legally married or with adult dependents and applying for residency will be required to complete a joint applicant.

Been here about 16 months and just love it. Very quiet. Easy to get around. No thru street so no extra traffic, plus it's a gated community so I feel secure and safe. Staff has always been very friendly and caring. Enjoyable swimming pool (when the weather warms up). Adjacent to Ben Gill Park; a great place to exercise using their trails, or for kids to play, or just to relax feeding the ducks by the lake. I just can't say enough good things about the complex and the surrounding area.
