Merari is such a great property manager. She has gone way over our expectations if we ever have any questions or concerns she is Quick on responding to me The apartments here are well-maintained and very clean. It’s never noisy here. And anytime we have anything that needs to be fixed we always contact merari And she is so quick to let maintenance know 10 /10 recommend

Merari & the maintenance man are the best they took care of us when we moved in showed us around and man he did an amazing job in the apartment made me feel like I was home! No flaws or issues whatsoever. Still following the guidelines during this pandemic so it was a safe move overall love it here!

Please do not rent from this place. Do your research before coming here. There are multiple thefts every year. Once all the car port were broken in just in one night. Plus there is no guest parking allowed, not in the premises or off street. As there are no places to park at all. Therefore this apartment has strict no guest policy. Which means if you live here no one from outside can visit you. And you have to abandoned your guests and relatives forever. Even if someone in your family is seriously sick, no one is able to come and help you cause they will tow your car, and you have to pay $250 for

Bad management. Corporate never calls you back when you have a complaint about Oscar the office manager . Bad experience. Each year the rent goes up and the there’s never parking . The manager Oscar is horrible at towing cars. He doesn’t know how to do his job obviously. You can’t find parking because theirs people with 4 cars inside the building and the manager does nothing about it . Neighbors down stairs always smoking weed outside , and constantly having parties every weekend. I wish I could rate this place a ZERO star , after 3 years i’m Moving out !

I have been here for 2 years. Last year rent went up $85 and this year $105. Crazy!!!! I live upstairs with NO A/C, NO DISHWASHER, NO BALCONY AND NO PATIO!!!!! Our carport storages have been broken into several times. Homeless people come and urinate in our carports. Definitely not a safe place. I haven't been able to use my bathroom sink and my garbage disposal needs to be replaced so that side of the sink is out as well, since October 2015. Oven doesn't have a gasket to hold heat in and according to Sears it's so old that they probably can't even order it. They want $1620.00 month. WOW!!!!! Hopefully
