I went to Hairteck for my first time on new year’s. Randy alleviated my fears of having my first male Brazilian. He was very professional and reassuring in his demeanor. So glad that I didn't make it to my appointment. Some of the reviews confirmed what I was already feeling when I scheduled my appointment. And its obvious that all the 5 star reviews are fake, you can tell by how they are worded and generally the true reviews are 4 stars and under not always 5 stars. Anyway, when I went in to schedule the appointment both stylist were rude and stand offish. The italian stylist looked like he was on something buzzing around and cheeks sunkin in really bad. I have been a customer for about a year until Randy took it upon himself to change my hair color without asking. I had a beautiful silver color until last week when he added a demi-toner to my hair which changed it to an ash brown. The color was dreadful. I asked him what happended and his response was I did not leave the toner on long enough. Now I have to go to another salon to get my fixed. I will never understand why he took it upon himself to change my hair color without asking. And the haircut I received was dreadful. That also had to be corrected. So sorry, Randy, you lost another customer

Earlier this year, I relocated to the area and was in desperate need for a stylist. I'm so glad to have found Randy and the team at Hairteck! He not only took the time to walk me through color choices, style, & prices, but was also friendly and professional. During that first visit, my cut and color looked better than I have ever seen it before and each following visit has been just as great! Incredibly rude stylest! After waiting over 30 minuets after my appointment time. I had to walk out. He asked what I had planned that was so important. He was rushing through the woman's cut in front of me. I felt awful for her. Getting your hair done is supposed to be relaxing and fun and make you feel good. I felt belittle and degraded. I would never want some one to dismiss me and rush through my highlights and cut. As I was walking out he was yelling at me that I had waisted his time as if my time that he already wasted was meaningless.

Both have done wonderful, fashion forward cuts/style personalized for my face shape, and my daughter's hair as well. I am ever grateful that this salon exists near me. Talented, advanced, inspired stylists/colorists are quite difficult to find in this area especially. My search is over. Thanks guys! Oh and I love their little chihuahuas. (:

OMG this is the best my hair has ever looked. The guys at Hairteck rock ! They really know color . The place is nothing like any other Salon I have ever been in. This area is lacking in artistic stylists, these guys have the advanced training . They can do anything with hair. So if you are ready for the BEST you really should give these guys a try. You wont be sorry !
