Had a fantastic overall experience! The front desk girl was so courteous and welcoming. My stylist, Mandy, was amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted. Even though this was my first visit, I was made to feel as if I'd been going there for years. I will definitely be returning! I had a great experience with Krystal!

Sydney is the most incredibly talented hairdresser. I moved to the area 8 months ago and battled for 5 months to find someone who could color my hair the way I wanted it. So many people on the Melbourne FB group recommended Sydney so I gave her a try. I was blown away! Love love love my color! 👏🏻🎉💪🏻

I went to Transformations by BCC yesterday. I went to have a bad haircut repair that I received last week which made me look like Roseanne Roseannadanna. Austin my stylist took one look at me and brought me to his chair and turned my very bad haircut into something very cute and adorable. Thank you Austin for helping me feel fabulous for my 60th birthday.

Transformations Salon & Day Spa did a phenomenal job with my bridal party. Krystal and Mandy arrived bright and early. They were at my house by 8:30am all smiles and ready to work. All day they were friendly, helpful, sincere and extremely professional. They listened to what each member of my eclectic bridal party desired for their hair and make-up and delivered 100%. And, they made me (someone who is not accustomed to having such things like hair and make-up done) feel comfortable and beautiful, on my wedding day. They really were spectacular. The ladies here were very very nice and gracious, but with only one nail tech they weren't able to finish half of my brides maids or do my toes. I was fine with this since it was partly our fault, but within 6 hours of doing my nails I had a broken thumb nail, one nail extremely scratched up and one with crackled polish. I paid way too much for nails that only looked good for my wedding ceremony and half of my reception. Get better polish and product so it actually lasts longer than a few hours! Or charge less. I'm willing to pay more for quality service and product, but not for garbage. On a better
