I wanted to try this restaurant because of all the great reviews. I popped into the restaurant (with my mask on) to inquire about a garden table for two. The waiter did not even look up from putting menus away and rudley said, we don't have anything available. There was 2 clean and 1 dirty table outside. Even IF the tables were reserved the waiter could of been much more gracious, with a smile (eye contact) and a " I sorry we are all booked up..

Where is the Michelin star option? C street has the best food in the area. We eat here once a week and are never disappointed. Dine in, Carry out, lunch or dinner... Chef Paul never disappoints. House made sauces, handmade pasta, and locally sourced ingredients. Need I say more? We haven't tried *all* of the dishes, but I'm willing to bet you'll be happy no matter what you choose.

This is a lovely little bistro. The atmosphere isn't fancy but it is welcoming and warm. We had the duck confit and it was amazing. I lived outside of Paris for 6 months and the confit here is just as good as many of the places in Paris. I'm weird and not big on Parisian food but this was one of my favorite dishes that I ordered it often when I lived there. The brussel sprouts were also very tasty. There wine pairing was excellent.
I highly recommend this quaint little bistro.

My husband has been away for a little while and he is the more excellent cook of the 2 of us. I cook, but I am a bit of lazy cook. So I miss his amazing cooking. C st. Bistro made, so made up for that. Their food is amazing, quality ingreedients and made my day. It was so delicous and hearty. So good! Their ceazar dressing is the best I have had in the Valley. The shrimp scampi is superb!

My mom and I swung by for lunch while we were in Medford getting a car serviced. I got the Cubano, she got the Pulled Pork. Both were very, very good. We argued whose was better, but I think I won. The service was quick and very friendly. A small and quiet place, perfect lunch spot. Definitely worth the detour!

This spot was charming. Me and my sweetheart went out looking for a place to eat and didn't want a lot of hoopla or shenanigans. We just wanted a laid-back place that was casual and comfortable and friendly and had good food. We parked and just walked around and stumbled upon this place and walked in and waited for someone to come seat us outside. Once there we were given a menu and the owner came and took our order and delivered it to us after a short wait. I'm actually not sure about how long it took to wait because the point was to go out and relax so it could've been quick or

We arrived at C Street Bistro on Saturday evening during the Britt Festival. I will admit in my ignorance I didn't know they are exclusively reservations only on evenings like this
The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They seated us at a great table, were very attentive and the food was superb.
If you are between Roseburg and Ashland put this place on your list.
They don't do fine dining per se, they do bistro ...and they do it brilliantly

Make a trip to eat here! We are traveling the country in our motorhome so we eat at a variety of restaurants. I wish I was able to eat more. The wonderful aroma coming from he kitchen is irresistible. We ordered a burger with blue cheese. (Sorry don't remember the name) it was a blend of tastes that filled my senses. The fingerling potatoes were covered in garlic but just the right amount. The Caesar salad was perfect. If only I had more room to taste more treats!

This Bistro is small; there are only 3 or 4 tables and a patio. We ate inside. The community tables made me feel like I was a local, just like the people at the other end our table were. Looking out the window I thought to myself that Jacksonville would be a very nice place to live.
Linda and I each had a cup of tomato soup and share a shrimp Louie. The soup is one of their specialties. Tasting the soup I know why, it was delicious; it tasted like wonderful fresh tomatoes. The server split the salad and it was more than enough for the two of us. Linda had ice tea and I had a lemonade,
