My experience with this law firm was Good. Mike Weaver, Trey Bennett and Michelle Mobley were the best attorneys you could want. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were times that information did not flow both ways. I'd advise anyone using any professional legal representation to regularly call their attorney just in case. Bottom line, "you don't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you just might find, you get what you need".

Staff: A++ This firm does not try and nickel and dime customers. They give honest advice and lead you in the correct direction if legal aid is not needed at the time. I spoke to a great attorney Michael George who gave me great advice (no, I'm not a criminal, lol)!

Buyer beware.
They only call client when they want to collect their fees; once collected, they become too busy to take one's call. I had a case with them, I never got a one on one meeting,to learn about the details of the case until the day of the hearings. needless to say that I lost the case.
Do yourself a big favor, run as fast as you can from that law firm.

I believe that these folks are unethical at best. I went in for a pretty standard will. Dan Parr said I would have a e-copy within 1 week and I paid the $800. Well, three weeks later...nothing. I had to call and ask for what I had already paid $800 for. They finally called me back and we played phone tag. After three attempts, I never heard anything back from them. AND - they still have my $800. RUN...RUN FAST from this practice. They will - just take your money and run!

Mike Weaver represented me several years ago in a criminal domestic case, and when I informed him that law enforcement never informed me of my rights or that they would be placing me under arrest, he told me it was my word against theirs and never brought it up in court to defend me! I was innocent of my charges, but because I am female, he did not defend me as he should have. He just gets rich off of all the poor individuals relying on him in their time of need, I'm sure.
