Joana gave me a great pedicure my first visit and I've been back every few weeks for my nails with Steven. He patiently helps pick out colors and makes sure I'm happy with the application and design. I'm not very picky yet I appreciate the consultation and his attention to detail. I usually call a day ahead to schedule and they always take me with no wait. Very easy and affordable services.

UPDATE: So I've been going to Perfect Ten Nails for over a year now. My nail tech Ky has recently left the state buy I figured that I would stay at Perfect Ten because of my experience with the shop. Today that was definitely changed. I had an appointment scheduled with Joanne for tomorrow but had to cancel due to schedule conflict and had to come today , Joanne wasn't there so I decided to give Tanya a try. She was kind but no experience in nails. I was in soak for over 2 hours , according to her because of her tools. Once she got started I selected a powder color as I always do

I had a 1:00 pm appointment with Kai and was not sat down with Kai until 2:00 pm. At about 1:20 they soaked my previous nails off. I was fine with it until the owner Kenny started to talk about me with another customer because I asked if he knew how much longer he would be. He was rude and said ask him and said if you rush him now he rush you later. Overall Kai was apologetic and very nice, didn't rush me and I loved my bails but don't know if I'll be back due to the way the owner acted. I have been coming there religiously for 3 months with myself and my daughter spending money

Decided to go two more times after my horrible experience to try other techs and maybe I caught them on an off day.... but no........ my nail polish always chips, they fix and than it chips again, they don't file your nails they file your fingers and it's painful.... my nails look horrible....... now I know to not come here anymore... not worth my time and not worth the money

I hate to leave a bad review as my previous times here were decent experiences. But this time I’m very disappointed and upset.
My friend and I came in today 10/9 for two gel nail polish manicures. We had to correct our nail technicians right away after they tried starting us with nail dip after we picked out polish colors.
My manicure was done incredibly poorly. The main color is splotchy, uneven, and completely missing in some spots. I told the gentleman twice that it needed another coat, then he’d go to correct it and wipe away more color. Then my gold tips are really uneven, thick and

Went here with a group of friends called ahead and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure had to be the most painful manicure and pedicure I've ever had left the salon unhappy with the final product A day later one of my nails completely fell off and I had continuous chipping of my feet I walk in to get them fixed I was met with the same amount of pain and the same job that I got the first time very unhappy very unprofessional I do not recommend

I love perfect ten nails! They are courteous and very knowledgeable. Each technician is skillfully trained and does and excellent job. I recommend if you go to definitely make an appointment and specify which person you'd like to do your nails as they are sooo busy, so you may experience long wait times as a walk in. The owner and his wife are very pleasant and funny. They cater to you and give you snacks etc. The pedicures are the best and what you get for the price is phenomenal. Kenny is my favorite nail tech he's so skilled and does all the latest designs etc. I've been going

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by Kenny!! I was at the shop at 9:30AM as the shop states it will be open. Spoke to owner on the phone, said he would be there in 10 minutes and took 40 minutes. He showed up at 10:10 and says he can't take me he has another appointment and can take me at 11:30. Tries to shove me off to another technician that can only do the bare minimum! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Be very careful as some of the nail techs will short change/down-grade your paid services. From the proper amount of nail coats to the "spa" service you select. Don't go to the pedicure seat unless your nail tech is ready for you. I and others observed waited 30-45 mins with feet in water. Not sure if they even care. You deserve what you pay for and for the amount of time spent for the services. If you find a salon that costs little more but delivers on quality, you will be better off.

Went there and got my gel nails taken off and for the dip powder on my real nails. The guy didn't my mails didn't soak the gel off. He just took a fake nail and kept sliding
it between my real nail and the gel and ripped the gel off. It hurt and one nail was stinging from it. He just said sorry, giggles and started back. The dip powder was super thick and I didn't like it. I just wanted to leave at that point. I didn't like the experience nor my nails. Will not be back

This salon was recommended to me by my sisters friend, but this will be the first and last time I go to this salon. At first I thought the technician did a great job with the nails I paid $95 for, but when the top coat began peeling two days later my entire opinion changed. I had told her I wanted to "splurge" on my nails this time (usually I stick to one color which costs around $40), because they were for my birthday and I basically let her do what ever designs she wanted. Not happy at all in one week I spended 140 dollar plus , 40 on tips in one week come and foward the color chip off really bad. I will never come back!! Plus be aware if you come and complained they will never offer you not even a water!!!
