I’ll start off by saying my nails look great and I’m happy with them! It was a good price but the service leaves little to be desired. The man that did my nails was rude, was on his phone while doing my nails, ignored me when I was talking to him, sneezed without covering his mouth, and the counter he was doing my nails on was dirty. Again, I’m pleased with how my nails turned out but the service was not the best.

First time visit with an appointment and didn’t wait long at all. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. I saw the reviews and I was happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back soon. My favorite part was the massage he took his time and I didn’t feel rushed.

Basic service given. I paid extra for a better pedicure service. No massage really given. He just gently rubbed the lotion on my legs. My feet weren’t wrapped for the extra callus remover. Just laid on top of the plastic. My feet weren’t done well at all. The person I normally go to left. Wouldn’t go back. If it’s your first pedicure, sure it’s fine. But when you know what it’s supposed to be like, you’ll be disappointed. My gel nails started chipping and cracking within a few days. Decent if you’re in a rush but not for repeated business. Over crowded, not enough seating for people

I have been wanting ombré nails for quite some time now. Im so glad I visited this salon. Polly did an amazing job!! I wanted my nails very short but she educated me on why ombré doesn’t work on short nails. She gave me exactly what I wanted though and they are the perfect length, shape and they look like my natural nails. I’ve gotten so many compliments so far.

Venus Spa and Nails is always a satisfying experience. The owners are very engaging. The service is more than exceptional. My last visit, my technician Tom, gave me a beautiful and relaxing spa pedicure with deep tissue massage. I would recommend him every time. My full-sets and fill-ins last longer than other salons I’ve used and never flimsy or chipped. They are by far the best salon in Fredericksburg.
