I've been here twice for basic pedicures and have been so impressed by both Trina and Minh! I am a runner and they make my battered feet look beautiful again each and every time. I absolutely love my new nails -- Lee did them with a new technology called SNS which is an all natural powder -- no chemicals and they look amazing!

I am not sure the technician was alive. She never spoke. When she was finish she motioned for-me to go over to the nail dryer, not using any words. When I sat down at the nail dryer I realized that the area was dirty. .I asked her for cloth so I could wipe it off.she gave along sigh as though she couldn’t possibly get a cloth. She never spoke to me the entire time. When I looked at my nails I was astounded they looked like a small child had done them. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HAVING YOUR NAILS DONE WELL. IT IS NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER TO NOT DO A GOOD JOB!! I will

The technician had her toddler with her who she had to constantly focus on what she was doing. Toddler crying and wanted constant attention as toddlers expect. She left to take the toddler to the bathroom. All my nails had thick lumps of red polish under them which I had to remove. Won’t be going back.

Prior to COVID I have always been satisfied with their service...it seems like with most businesses that are trying to rebound, things are not the same. Prices up and service is not as optimum. Came in with my mother so WE could get manicures...they did take her right away but as more folks came in I was overlooked...they figured the technician doing moms could do mine when they finished her...NOT...I did not want my 94 year old mom to wait...will revisit to review in a month

This place is way OVER PRICED!! Don’t go here. My nails were Not straight and I came in at 5 o’clock and left at 7:30 and still didn’t feel satisfied. My total came down to 214 for 2 pedicures, a fill, and a full set. They charged 55 for my fill because I had four nails off. My mom had short nails that were almost to her nub with a white tip and she charged 50 dollars. Never in my life will I go here again. They will take advantage of you, not to mention, they are RUDE. I didn’t even want to give them one star. PERIODT!!

The service was absolutely terrible. My sister booked an appointment for a Thursday at 4. We got there at 3:59. We sat there for 30 minutes and then someone asked who we were waiting for and said that she would be done in a second so we said okay. We waited even longer after that. Then when the girl was supposed to do my sisters nails finished the first girl, she went to do another girls nails. So, my sister said that she was supposed to have an appointment at 4 and she said that my sister wasn’t in the book. We went and checked the book and she was there ,but they didn’t put the girls name
