I've been seeing Dr. Jacob for over a year to help fix my alignment and sciatica issues from toe rough pregnancies. I can't say enough good things about this place. I won't lie, I was weary at first but there are so many lies and scams in the world when it comes to health... but I'm so glad I gave IOC a chance because this place is legit. I used to have severe sciatica pain before, now it's very much improved! Honestly, if I could stick to my treatment plan I'm sure it would be gone by now, but my work/family schedule often has me rearranging or having to reschedule

My 4 month old daughter was struggling with tummy time and I noticed she held her head more to one side due to the positioning of her in the womb and when she was born. We saw Dr. Duvall and later that night she was able to hold her head higher at tummy time than ever before. Everyone at that office is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. We are excited about her continued care here!!

Whole staff is extremely kind and outgoing. My children even love going! The adjustments have made a huge difference in our family! Highly rated quality care. Entire staff is kind, and acknowledges you from the moment you arrive. They take a scan and X-rays to see where your areas are to improve. They can see nerve impact of your body based on your spine. They are good at working with you to come up with a care plan for healing and improvement. My 6year old is being adjusted as well. Very patient and great for kids. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I went without any specific issues, but I have come through it with much improved allergies. The staff are incredibly personable, friendly, and helpful. The Doctors know their stuff and always have a huge smile on their faces. I cannot recommend this office enough whether you think you need chiropractic care or not.

I have sciatic pain and relented to trying chiropractic care as nothing else was helping! I googled places close and Inside Out was the first one I called. I specifically told the receptionist that I was experiencing acute pain then asked if they thought they could help even a tad. Assuredly she said they would and scheduled me that afternoon. Minutes later, I received a call back that the "doctor " could see me now! Great! I'm ready to cut my leg off at this point so any chance of relief however brief was a light in a dark place!
