We love Hillcrest and Village we’ve been here for I think 15 years this coming Feb. 2022 and we have no complain about this apartment complex. Whenever there’s issues inside your apartment just call them and same they they’Ll fix your issues and even if there’s nobody’s home I really don’t mind them coming inside because I trust all the Hillcrest guys.

Hillcrest village maintenance staff are amazing, Eddy and Rob are such great guys, they are super knowledgeable, friendly and patient.
And their customer service is exceptional.
I highly recommend this place to anyone, and would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

I am in the process of moving in and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed right away and am hopeful that as soon as I am in I will be home!

Cannot speak more highly of the maintenance staff! Always eager to help, and always the most pleasant to work with! Anytime I have needed anything, they were here right away and made sure to have everything resolved for me as quickly as possible! Couldn’t be happier with Eddie and the rest of the maintenance team!

Eddie my maintenance worker went above and beyond for two days to help me with my refrigerator. His patience and understanding and willingness to make it right means the world to me.
