Susan from heatherwoods apartments on Waverly avenue is amazing. If i had to rate her from 1 to 10 it will be a 20. She is very helpful, very professional and kind. She guide me through every step and explained everything to me. She always returned my phone calls and as many times as i walk in into the leasing office unannounced she was so welcoming every time. I will definitely recommend and referred anyone to go and meet susan.

I have lived here for over 2 years. Maintenance went in for a routine alarm check which they do twice a year and just walk in. And just because I had moved things out of my dining room to fix parts of the wall they said I was vacant ! They removed my mail from my mailbox, which is illegal, they put it down as a vacant apartment yet take 1800 a month still for my ONE bedroom apartment. If your receiving rent and nothing is late, I don’t think they should assume I’m not there or touch my mail. They even wrote vacant inside my mailbox so no further mail would be delivered ! I finally realized

I have lived here for four years and had very few maintenance problems. When I did have an issue, maintenance was right on it. I never had to call them twice about the issue. This time the rain got under some shingles, and as I live on the second floor , some rainwater seeped in and was dripping onto my window sill. I called maintenance immediately and it was tended to right away. My ceiling was repainted in the smallish area affected and also my window sills were repainted and, surprise, surprise, maintenance washed my living rooms inside and out. A big thank you to Anthony!
