South Main (staff and residents) have been extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped me find a solution when I needed to move in a little sooner than their next available opening, they got the carpet cleaning company to go over my carpet again when I asked, they changed the side the doors open on my refrigerator, and someone helped me get some furniture I was struggling with up the stairs. The location is also great: it's less than 5 minutes walk to the YMCA, and about a 10 minute walk to the lake. I also have a nice view of the sunset from my balcony.

A resident since 2015...I use to really love living here... Maintenance is awesome!!! However, once the folks above me moved in, it became a nightmare.The parent allows their kids to run non stop from the early a.m. to the late night a.m. I have made numerous complaints, but nothing changes. Needless to say, I know it’s my time to find new living arrangements.

I have been a resident of South Main since July 1, 2010. Life is better at South Main. We have an awesome office staff with Briana and Vicki. Our property is very clean, safe and well maintained. Any work orders I have put in have been taken care of promptly and the 1st time they come it is fixed. We are greeted with a smile when we enter the office. Love all the things they do for us with the cold temps, so nice to go into the office for the hot chocolate bar, the fantastic breakfast I enjoyed sitting down with other residents. Great way to get to know your neighbors. Looking forward to our Chocolate

I've lived at South Main since September of last year. Not once have I had any issues at the complex in Hope Mills. Everyone is very friendly and inviting. The complex stays very clean and the staff members are super helpful! Briana, the newest member of the hope mills team, was super sweet and very helpful. Overall I've had a great year living here and will definitely miss it!
