Cortney Jacobs gave me and my best friend a viewing today of a two-bedroom.Hands down the best experience thus far since looking for a new apartment!
Update: If you don’t have or don’t want to show your tax return, you will be denied! I showed bank statements, and that wasn’t acceptable for an entrepreneur. Even though I was told otherwise, unfortunately, this place didn't work out as planned.

Kelsey and Nicole are extraordinarily helpful. They helped and continue to help me settle into my apartment with the proper paperwork and amenities. I felt taken care of from step 0 to end result. I highly recommend this apartment complex due to its gated community, clean, and well done apartment interior. The location is just close enough to fort Bragg with grocery stores right down the road.

I want to commend Jose and Jorge on their day-to-day efforts to keep the Grove at Park Place Apartments looking great! The diligent team work and love for their jobs is commendable. These two are extremely polite to the residents. Whatever is requested or needed, they go above and beyond what is expected. I appreciate them both!!

The team that works here is amazing. I have had a few apartment issues when I moved in due to the past renter but the maintenance team has fixed every issue in a timely manner. José even personally called me to sincerely apologize for the problems and tell me he fixed what was wrong. Every time I have to go in the office, the ladies who work there are willing to help with a smile on their face. I have enjoyed living here so far and it is a nice quiet area.
