The office staff have always been extremely helpful and understanding even with the change of managers, the property has remained a great place for me and my family. Getting calls answered at times is difficult which is why I always try to email/text or stop by but I don't mind as I can imagine the ladies are swamped. Thank you for all you do

I have been a tenant at King's Quarters at Jack Britt for the past 3 years, and I can undoubtedly, without hesitation, say this is an awesome place to reside. In my employment capacity, I have resided in the north, mid-west, and far west coast of the US, and this establishment has been the best dwelling I have encountered.

I want to start by saying Shame on you Valor residential for not caring about the people you hire or the tenants that pay their money monthly I have the good mind to file a lawsuit against yall this is ridiculous Your Office Manager Veronica is very rude and inconsiderate of tenants I have read multiple reviews complaining about management and no one does anything about it I have dealt with the thin walls and the noise of other apartments but what I will not except is rude management vanessa is very helpful veronica on the other hand is horrible and needs a customer service class or find a better

They are smile at front and answer yes to your issue but never properly respond and follow up to resolve issue. I really think and feel new management valor group and office staff taking matters in fog....good luck to you!

I have lived in Kings Quarters for a couple of months now and the apartment it’s self is decent as far as the layout goes. However I wouldn’t consider it to be luxury. Moving in I found roaches constantly in all areas of the apartment even outside of the apartment. It took weeks for the issue to be even be addressed. Also Maintenance request take extremely long to be taken care of. Since I have moved in there has been little to no air flow in one of my bedrooms and the ceiling fan was also inoperable (until a few days ago) causing my two year old to sweat constantly throughout the night. We moved in recently and it has been absolutely amazing! The staff is beyond amazing and so personable and helpful! Also it is in a great area and best school district, Jack Britt and Stoney point are walking distance from the complex. All around it has been a great experience and I love living here!

Great staff! We have had a lot of changes in management and by far this is the best group. Today I was so stressed because I thought I left my stove on within minutes maintenance came in my apartment and made sure that my stove is off and secured my home. I appreciate the staff here!

Vanessa and Veronica have been nothing less than amazing to me. I knew Vanessa from my previous stay at Birchfield when she was the manager there and decided to give King's Quarters a try when my lease ended as I knew how personable she was. These ladies have gone above and beyond to assist me and I will forever be grateful. Definitely recommend living here if you want a familial environment and wonderful energy from staff!
