I just moved into a one bedroom from a two bedroom and I can say that I am still pleased I like the flooring keeps it cooler.and I plan on staying here for years to come.thanks to the office people they get on issues quick along with the maintenance.one thing is I do recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live,Laurieand Anna are understanding and don’t judge people just talk to them they will work with with you..

Not sure how this place has bad reviews! I just moved in a week ago and everything is just amazing! Everyone around me and above the apartment are super quiet so it’s nice! The appliances are updated and the light fixtures are AMAZING! Very affordable as well! Glad I chose Woodcrest!

Somewhat near the end of my lease, everything is still great! I definitely recommend this place for people just getting out of college and looking to branch off from roommates. The pool should open in another month so that’s nice! The apartment complex grounds stay well kept and maintenance is always

Moved in on the first of December and I can say that I love my apt..it’s nice And updated Appliences which are new not used have lots of room and so on the maintenance man here is superb and is knowledgeable on what his job is all in all of ur looking for a nice place to live come here u will not be disappointed the office ladies Anna and Laurie are not judge mental and treat people with respect ! Keep up the good work

Currently residing at this apartment complex. Have been with out cool air since last Friday, I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests online and left voicemails to get AC fixed and still haven’t gotten it done correctly! Y’all treat all the tenants like that? But still collect rent every month.
Update: so it’s been almost a month since putting in my very first work order for maintenance to repair. Got a new unit, but can only leave AC on for no more than a couple of hours a day because now there is a leak and freezes the whole unit. Have put in a work order for that and nothing has happened

My daughter and my grandson currently live at this location. My daughter put in her first work order on 7/3 to get the AC unit fixed. She got a new unit outside the following Friday and was good for about 7 days before it started freezing. It is now 7/31 and she still has no air at her apartment. She's put in numerous work orders and nothing ever gets done. We finally got a professional to take a look earlier and he couldn't do anything since he uses different refrigerant from you guys. The coil needs serious cleaning and it is leaking! Get professional people to fix serious issues. My daughter

I have been without AC for almost a month. Had the maintenance man install a new unit and now the whole thing freezes within 1 1/2 to 2 hours of being on. He cleaned the coil, but still needs a lot more cleaned. The inside as well as the outside freezes, we checked and the thing needs refrigerant ASAP, or is that also delayed in deliveries. The… apartment stay above 80 degrees during the day and drops to 78 degrees at night. No one seems to care as other people are experiencing the same problem. We can’t live like this especially during the hottest time of the year. Get it together

I have been without ac for over a week now. They have sent the maintenance guy to look at it a few times but it's still not working and they keep saying they are coming by to look at it again and never show up! It has been getting up to 96° in my apartment and they don't seem to care at all! I completely hate this place and on top of that they haven't even opened up either pool. I had a friend warn me about the crappy ac and how it would never get cold in his apartment...I wish I would have listened to him now!

Has really gone down hill since we moved in three years ago. We can never get a hold of a staff memeber in the office, we are getting charged twice for water in one month because they can't get their billing cycle caught up. Ever since they switched to online its been nothing but problems with them over charging us on our bill, charging us twice for covered parking even though we call and they say they'll take care of it, we still receive notifications that we are past due even though we are not. Definitely not like it was when we first moved in. Very disapointing. Do not think we will stay here

I have been residing here at wood crest since April of 2017. I was searching for a great place that would also have reasonable pricing. Once I was settled in, I was unsure about how things would go. My previous experiences with apartments were not well due to the fact that their maintenance was poor and I wasn’t getting what I was paying for, so I was hoping to have an all around positive upgrade here at Woodcrest. I am downstairs and I absolutely love it here. I have had many neighbors whom I have became friends with, and I have never had any issues with any of them as well as anyone else at

Save yourself!! Worst experience ever! Regret moving here! We've had to submit several work orders due to our air not working right. They tried to tell us there's nothing they could do and they they would come check it out during the hottest part of the day to see just how hot it's getting! That was last week and they still have not been back, even after submitting more work orders! With it being 100+ degrees it gets so hot it's questionable if it's safe for our pets while we go to work. I work retail hours and go into work at different hours and it is IMPOSSIBLE to even dry my hair or get ready
