My car wouldn't start when I went to leave. I got all kinds of warning lights on my dash. Warning lights were...Check VSC System, Check ABS System, and a couple of others. I can't remember the tow truck drivers name but he was very professional and friendly. By the time he got to me, I wasn't able to role up my windows. My motorcycle died out on me in Capistrano beach so I had get a tow from James at veterans towing, he was a total professional about the tow, he took 28 minutes to get to me, it was fast, and he was respectful and considerate of my situation. I was stranded in the Laguna Hills Canyon area when the electric key to my car stopped working. Dealer Roadside assistance for my car authorized a tow to their local dealership through Veteran's Towing. I was concerned about the narrow winding roads and where my car was parked.
Jeff Hendricks from Veterns showed up as promised and i spike to their helpful dispatcher ( a real person). And conformed tat I cold ride with Jeff to the dealership. They sent me a tracking text so I could see his progress immediately after the appointment was booked ( like Uber).

Been stranded since last night, towing companies through my insurance kept making me wait and cancelling at last minute. So unprofessional and rude...
They finally found Veterans Towing... Timing was close to initial ETA, but most importantly they were very communicative and professional. Julian was my tow person, and he could not be more polite, informative and helpful! I highly recommend them... he called before arriving asked necessary questions and went from there!

Very unprofessional company. My car was towed away last night and has not reached its destination up until this moment! The driver promised to drop it off at the dealership and leave the keys there, he ended up taking it to the towing parking instead WITHOUT informing us about it. Since 9 am today we are trying to figure out where our car is. And the staff has the audacity to hang up on us when we call. So much for customer care/support or let alone human respect and dignity. If this is even ur last resort don’t use this company!

Before Mercedes-Benz's roadside assistance service sent the Veterans, I was wasted a whole day by several other towing companies because they could not provide trolley services.
In particular, James and his colleagues were very professional and friendly, they answered and explained my questions during this process patiently, and installed and transported my car to the designated location safely and quickly.

I called Roadside Assistance for my Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 on 5/3 to get my vehicle towed to The Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch location. MB Roadside Assistance contacted Veterans Towing for the tow. My feedback below.

The drivers were rude and lacked communication skills. Literally just dropped my car and left didn't even hand me the keys. One guy told me to go back inside and go to sleep, ummm no I want to make sure it was done right. Extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again, and you shouldn't either. This company is taking advantage of people during the pandemic and charging people exorbitant amounts to get the car from their storage. I cant believe this company charged me $545.00 for towing my car from Irvine to their storage in orange (14 Miles Away). The car stayed for less than 12 hours and when I called to ask about the extra and excessive fees, the manager (Ryan) hang up on me. This company is a "scam" and are price gouging to taking advantage of people during the Pandemic. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General for price gouging. Cassandra was a such huge help getting our truck towed from Anaheim to Corona after the ball joint broke. We live in apartments so we only have a small parking space on the side of the building to park it and she did amazing job maneuvering the truck into such a small space with hardly any room. She was a genius and figured out how to get it in there! She was very friendly and explanatory. Would definitely recommend this towing company and use them again. Cassandra called ahead and notified me when she was on her way. She arrived early which was good for me. My BMW was parked on my driveway and she was able to get it loaded on even when my car's battery is dead. Cassandra also tried jump-starting the car with a jumpbox first and confirmed the battery had no juice left. Unloaded my car at a local BMW independent shop and there were no damages to my car during the whole process. Fee is fair and is shown on their website. No complaints and would use again if I needed to call a towing company.

A perfect example of a top notch company,exceeding expectations.
We had a situation where one of our company trucks needed a roadside tow to our mechanic. After waiting 1.5 hours for AAA service provider company to come out and say no we won't tow it due to its size and leave us high and dry. Ran into a problem while driving the Mercedes GLK 350... started sputtering and stalled.... glided her off the freeway into a safe spot and then called for roadside service....
