Established in 2006, Studio Oxygen is the premier yoga studio in Youngstown, OH. Whether you're looking for a restorative and meditative experience, a high intensity yoga session or a spinning class in Canfield, OH, we offer classes for all ages and all levels. Beginners or expert, flexible or tight, big or small, we have a class that fits you.

Our minds are open, our studio is judgment free, and we welcome all students to come practice with us in a comfortable and fun environment. Just starting out? We'll have you practicing yoga poses right away in a comfortable environment focused proper body alignment. Our passionate and authentic yoga, spinning and barre instructors will bring out the best in you.

Studio Oxygen is a yoga studio located conveniently in Canfield, OH. Our studio was designed to be a comfortable, friendly space for our community. We offer a diverse array of yoga, spinning, and fitness classes every day from morning to evening to best fit your schedule. Our boutique is filled with clothes, mats, towels, healthy snacks, and more to get you feeling and looking great!
Studio Oxygen has created several introductory-level yoga classes for beginners. So whether you have never taken a yoga class before, or this is your first hot, power or vinyasa yoga class, our experienced teachers create a welcoming environment conducive to learning. If you are just starting our with yoga, check out or beginner yoga classes for appropriate options.
Studio Oxygen provides free mats for use to new students. We do encourage you to purchase your own mat. It is more hygienic and helps you stay committed to your practice. If you do use one of our mats, please be sure to thoroughly clean it (cleaning products provided) after each use. For your safety, please inform your instructor of health conditions that can affect your practice (illness, injuries, pregnancy, etc.).
Yoga originated in India thousands of years ago as a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root "yuj", which means "to unite" the spirit of the mind and physical body together. As yoga's popularity spread from India throughout the world, it has evolved and transformed into many different forms, styles, and intensities.
Yoga, derived from the Sanskrit word yuj is a system of physical and mental practices. In most cases, people associate yoga with the practice of postures called asanas. These physical postures (or poses) are intended to promote physical strength and stamina while purifying the body. Beginners and first time visitors should start with our Yoga Basics or Hot Yoga Basics classes.

My first time "attempting" to do yoga. Very nice and inviting atmosphere. Nice to see I wasn't the only male in the room, but even if I was, I would have been very comfortable. Felt great!
