To keep from unknowingly and un-neccessarily spreading this virus, the studio has temporarily closed. Body Bliss Connection, LLC - School of Yoga and Health offers an open and relaxed setting to discover yoga activities and foods that best nourish YOUR body.

Whether you come for Ascension Aerial Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Fitness Classes or one of our many Health & Wellness programs, you'll find yourself immersed in information and comfort.You'll leave feeling uplifted, content and balanced, both in Body and in Mind. We've developed our classes to be "real" and impactful to your every day life.
Services
This one on one program is tailored to help you create lasting habits for healthy food and lifestyle choices. No deprivation, no guilt, no restrictive diet. Just subtle changes that create an amazing difference in your health. You will feel happier, release weight, create energy and totally transform the relationship with your mind and body.
This practice helps to improve breath awareness, sense of balance, direction, mobility, flexibility, strength and stability. It builds confidence and encourages students to shift the focus from their limitations to their limitlessness. This class is designed to cover the basics of Aerial Yoga. Learning how to invert, fly, and flow, we will use the swing to keep alignment, build strength in the body and improve flexibility.
While Body Bliss Connection, LLC Studios did not survive the Pandemic, our wonderful Instructors carry on with the Traditional teachings of Yoga. While they ARE NOT affiliated with Body Bliss, since we are now closed, I wanted to share their information with our community and encourage you to continue your practice of Yoga.
We are delighted to bring many opportunities for Education and Growth. From a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program to an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program to Trauma Informed Trainings and so, so much more. Our School is dedicated to this continual path of education, knowledge and deepening our personal practice.
The BodyBLISS Connection, LLC Teacher Training 200 hour Program prepares you to teach well-rounded, safe, mindfully sequenced classes to a wide variety of students. During this fully interactive program focused on the Science of Hatha Yoga and following the Himalayan Living Tradition, infused with trauma informed skills and information, you will be given plenty of hands-on opportunities to put your new skills to use.

I can’t say enough about Body Bliss Connection! I’ve been taking classes for over 6 months now and feel I can give a fair review!! There is a class for everyone, Aerial, Restorative, Gentle, Deep stretch to name a few. All the instructors I’ve practiced with are so helpful in guiding proper form and alignment. Everyone is so welcoming and nonjudgemental. The perfect place to stop by and give your mind, body and soul some necessary me time!

Great studio, that practice mind, body and spirit yoga. Every class emphasizes finding your yogic breath, and meditation, even the flow classes- giving you a well rounded experience. They are a trauma informed facility. Love their arieal classes, gentle yoga with Danielle, and of course Jessica’s classes!

There is something to be said about a place that elevates itself above the rest simply by being genuine, authentic, and accessible. Body Bliss is a place that really welcome everybody and every body. I am a regular attendee of classes and currently finishing up my 200-hour training here, and I truly feel lucky to be a part of the community. All the instructors here are invested in you finding your expression of your best self in each moment on and off the mat, and will fully support you in your explorations and discoveries along the way.

Body Bliss is the premier yoga studio in the Mahoning Valley. This is where you go when you want to learn and practice yoga. I would describe most other studios as aerobic studios that offer yoga postures, but if you want to learn actual yoga, then this is where you go. You absolutely will not find a better group of people. Beginners will learn more here than anywhere else, and experienced yogis will deepen their understanding of asanas and philosophy. I could not recommend another studio over here.

I am enjoying my classes with shannon. i have fibromyalgia, and wasn't sure if i would be able to do yoga. shannon is understanding and kind and works with me. although i am just beginning, i feel refreshed and happy when i leave.

Absolutely love aerial yoga! Excellent instructions,great friendly atmosphere! Jessica makes me believe I can truly do anything. I find her class to be challenging, fun and liberating!
