Jimmy Cloutier is Peace of Mind's Lead Buyer's Agent and is also a Real Estate Investor, so he knows the intricacies of what owning investment property means to our investor clients. I rented through this agency less than a week ago and already can't wait to get out of business with them since client harassment seems to be acceptable here. I was given a simple checklist and 7 days to go through it, but when I did just that, I was called "an obvious case of OCD" with no real explanation of what I did wrong to deserve that. I'm not sure if the agent is qualified to make such a diagnosis over phone or not, but I know this is entirely uncalled for and unhelpful to a situation that wasn't much of a situation to begin with. It's a shame to see good value and hard work ruined by unprofessional

We moved to Woonsocket, RI recently and getting apartment was a hassle. Sarah is amazing. She was very responsive until we got our apartment. It was a great experience working with Peace of Mind property management. I highly recommend them to anyone who's renting in RI.

Always rude never follow through... and their workers have come into my home twice and robbed me of my medication and small electronics! And when you call them out on it, they’ll try to evict you because they are all related! I will say Stacy was always pleasant very good at her job and if I was in the market to buy a home, I would of hired Stacy. Her rude assistant is the one who’s going to bring her whole company down! Not personable whatsoever. And Melissa loves to lie about the law! What a shame a five star company has a one star employee!

I have been renting from Peace of Mind Property Management for almost 5 years. They are very kind and friendly when calling for maintenance issues and their service is very prompt. We hired Peace of Mind Property Management company in February of this year for 20 units condo association. We are very impressed with the work they provide. Going through multiple management companies within past 10 years we found this company is the best.

Peace of mind made my search for an apartment completely hassle free, and worked around my limited schedule. Who else would go out of their way to get you what you want, what you need, when you need it? Peace of Mind. That's who. I have lived in an apartment of theirs for 4 years, and if I had an issue, they were quik to resolve it. Now, I'm buying a house, and Stacey is going to help me to get it with her real estate skills. No other company would do that. Pretty sweet.

This realty company was very helpful and informative and very conscientious about what I was looking for an apartment. They took my needs into account and were extremely accommodating with my schedule for viewing the apartment I was interested in. A little over a year ago I was in a pinch and looking for a larger house for me and my growing family to move into asap. I contacted Peace of Mind and they literally found us the best deal and got me approved right away and had the keys just days later! Since then, everyone there has been nothing but pleasant and helpful! I absolutely LOVE Holly and she has been great with all of our needs since we have been renting.
