We was previously homeless staying at Family Promise and my case manager told us about this property and she encouraged us to reach out to the property manager named Keaton , We went to see the apartment that they had for rent . Extremely helpful above and beyond service from Becca and Team. So helpful in getting video and pictures it is so tough during the pandemic but the team really stepped up to help us with all our concerns and finding the right home, making sure it was seamless and all questions and concerns handled quickly and professionally. A home is a big deal and one that is not something you want to stress over especially with the move. I couldn't have done it so quickly and without any stress if it wasn't for Becca and the whole Team at Windermere I appreciate them all so much.

This is our first time we decided to rent our house out. We were very uncertain about whether to do this especially since we were moving out of town. She has made it incredibly easy for us and always responds so quickly to our questions. She provided great contacts for us to use to get things done that we wanted to before we left. Just doing my civic duty here and recommending that the people of Spokane avoid Windermere Property Management.
In brief, we encountered 3 considerable non-repairs during my time as a renter from 2017-2018:
1. Broken furnace - the furnace stopped functioning in March and took 4 weeks to replace. We bought space heaters for bedrooms but living spaces / kitchen would often dip into 30-40 degrees Farhenheit.
2. Basement leak (pictured) - continuous leaking x 3 months. It was determined that the leak was coming through a crack in the concrete walkway above. Windermere reported that they would

Unless you want random people showing up at your house & being charged hundreds of dollars for work that was never confirmed or scheduled with or by you, I would 10/10 NOT recommend this company. I wish i could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, 0 communication, it's ridiculous! People, save your money & your sanity & look elsewhere.

Becca made herself available to answer questions, meet up to talk about the contract, and set up a showing of my home. Just one day after showing the house she had renters approved and ready to sign the lease! I'm so thankful I didn't have to worry or think about anything. Brooke who was my agent, walked me through the entire process making it effortless and uncomplicated. She did a great job representing my home and screened qualified applicants and found the perfect person to rent my home.

I wish I could rate them a 0. Horrible customer service, impossible to get ahold of. I was dealing with Brooke, Kelli and my mother in law was talking to Donna.
My husband and I each did a application $20 each. They then said we didn't qualify cause of our credit. So my mother in law said "I'll co sign for you guys" and so did my father in law. So before she applied I let them know I have 2 people willing to co sign!
she spent $20 they said she was denied as well. How? She has been with her job since 2005. Good credit & stedy income more than 3 times the amount of rent

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They are extremely unethical, immoral, and just plain neglectful in their business practices. We dealt with Mindy while renting our first home. She was great, until we had signed the lease and then had questions about our pool and maintenance. You see, we had never been in charge of pool maintenance in previous homes, and we wanted to make sure that we took great care of the homeowner's property... including the pool. This is the worst management company to go through. I rented out an apartment from the fourplex on 731 S Hatch. With constantly poor communication, it took them 3 months to fix a leak in the sink, we went nearly all summer without ac (because they installed it in the wrong building, were given the wrong keys, ect.), they never pick up the phones for communication, everything was through e-mail, if they even would reply to our requests. I'm a VERY easy going person, I understand things happen, but with constantly poor service through them, I just had to write a bad review. We left the place

Do Not leave your property in the hands of this property management company!!! They are unprofessional, rude and have no idea what is happening with your property, rent ect. They did not inform me my tenant was not paying rent until I called them and ask why the rent was not deposited in my account.. Thank god I had 3 months rent in my account just in case!! Also , I had to tell them the tenant was not keeping the yard up and they still did not address the problem.... They say they have a handyman on staff but that's a lie!!! The people that run the office are rude, they are dressed

I found office staff to be unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. My rental required a lot of repairs/maintenance during my lease, and each interaction with office staff was unpleasant. The rental was not move-in ready when I signed the lease and picked up the keys, and some promised repairs were never finished. My lease stippulated that the carpets had been cleaned before I moved in and that I would be required to pay for the carpets to be cleaned after move-out. However, the carpets were not cleaned before my move-in (lots of pet stains/odors and indentations in the carpet from previous furniture
