We have been with RPM Spokane for nearly 10 years. A couple of years ago RPM changed hands and the new owners took over in a flawless manner.
While we believed the former owner was a terrific property manager; the new owners have been terrific as well.
Needless to say, we are very happy with the service they provide.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Slumlords and scam artists. They operate under multiple different names. Beware of RPM, Jerrs Maintenance and Micah Management. THEY'RE ALL THE SAME PEOPLE. They hire contractors, charge their homeowners double then don't pay their contractors. They fraudulently keep deposits and fees and illegally file falsified paperwork. RUN AWAY AND FAST.

They have managed my property for years under Joe Young. The company was phenomenal. When Machelle and her husband bought the business, I was willing to give them a chance as they ASSURED me they were keeping the staff and doing everything the way Joe had. WRONG!
Rude, dishonest, and unethical. They definitely di not know how to manage properties.

Rentals a house for 2 years. Made 3 grand in repairs upon moving in and listed all issues upon the checklist. We also reseeded the lawn as it sparse. Upon moving out we literally had house professionally cleaned and we did a one over. The guy whom signed off falsified a walk through as he never came. Denied my deposit, saying he had to recycle bulbs. I put in high efficiency bulbs in every socket. Upon moving in on 5 lights were working. I am very disappointed in how this was handled, the management team was very unprofessional! Honestly would classify them as thieves! I do not recommend renting

They were very unprofessional. We got kicked out of our house 3 months after moving in due to the landlord deciding to sell. When trying to set up a time to do the walk through for returning the keys and get our security deposit back they kept canceling the appointed times and then stopped responding in general. I do not recommend ever going through them.

I have tried multiple times to get my fees back that I paid to apply for a house that this company rented to someone else while still taking my money. They never ran the background checks that I was supposedly paying for and never even looked at my application but won't return my money. So basically they just made free money off of a house that was already rented out. Any phone calls are met with being told I'll get a call back and no one ever calls back. And now their phone number doesn't even work. Very scammy. Beware paying this company any $$$. Currently reporting them to my bank for fraud

The staff at Real Property Management have been great to work with. Their communication skills have been great over the last few years. When “fix it” issues happen, Linda is great about making sure things get handled. I appreciate the work they do for both property owners and tenants. Joe Young and his team are extremely friendly and professional. For the last 2 years living at the property they manage if there were any issues at all that required any kind of service it was handled immediately! They performed 2 site visits a year which you are made aware of at the time of signing the lease which I believe is good for both the renter and the property owner as it hold both party's accountable. The only reason we're not leasing from Real Properties in the future is because we are buying our own home but if I ever needed a property manager Joe and his team would be my first choice
