You would be better off renting with anyone other than Nuvu. Management is horrible. They do weird and invasive things like take pictures of the inside of your fridge during inspections. They are always wanting to come into your apartment to bother you about something. They increased my rent FOUR times in one year! $1400 for a 1 bed 1 bath 680 square foot apartment is ridiculous. They are the most greedy, money hungry company I have ever dealt with. The way I was treated genuinely makes me feel like they do not care about people. Oh, and don't expect to get any of your security deposit back.

My opinion is they do their best to disqualify you… won’t work with you even in something that was reported incorrectly. They could have taken the time to find out in was taken care of within a few hours. They are not lookin to our people in need a place to live just take their money. Tragic!!!Just take the 250.00 and didn’t care . Would never go through them again. Other people have agreed . Also am writing a detailed letter to the upper management,,, poor business practices and rude people . Looks to me by reading the other reviews I’ve definitely dodged a bullett.!!!! Beware !!!!

So far so good. We moved here (timberline Lodge) from out of state and doing everything online made our move a lot easier. Cendra and Angela were helpful and eased any of concerns we had with the lease. I suggest to take pictures of your new apartment to avoid being charged whenever you decide to move out if your concerned about that (just be a smart renter). Quiet neighborhood and pretty area to live in.

Terrible business. When you lose a job and try to pay to get out they make you pay a deposit and 2 months rent. On top of that they make up lies about you scratching things and tearing things. I was there for literally two months and when I moved in there were scratches and markings, in fact the paint job was terrible and the counters looked like they were just plopped right on there. It’s funny because I’m grateful I took before pictures of the apartment when I moved in. Do not trust these people. They clearly do not care and want to scam you and take the money from you whenever they can.

I recently moved to Fieldstone apartments, I relocated from Seattle in the middle of COVID. Cindy is the person I worked with the most and she was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me throughout the entire process and was very pleasant to work with. The apartment is clean and everyone is very eager to help!

Nuvu made the move in process easy. Though a little costly up front with fees, they were prompt with their responses, when I called. They answered all my questions. Katee and Emily were in constant communication with us during the whole process and were very professional and pleasant to talk to. The apartment is in great condition and a lot nicer than we expected.

NuVu Property Management has been great to deal with. We just moved into our new apartment 2 days ago. The whole process has been so easy! To be able to do application, lease signing and payments all online made life so much easier with our busy schedule. Michelle has been wonderful and she even gave us a little welcome gift which was awesome! Those little things make a huge difference in your experience with a company. We highly recommend them!

Absolute nightmare. I resided in the Fieldstone apartments in Post Falls, Idaho for a year, something I regret terribly. Between the constant absence of staff, and the terrible property matience (snow removal, garbage, pool cleaning, etc.) It was already not worth the money paid. When it came to my last month, I was told of a walk-through to be held before moving out. I would receive a list of things to clean or fix and so on. I did not receive this list, the staff dodged my calls, was never in office to get a hold of. The entire stay they were scarce, but very much so in my last month. To finish

I love the professionalism at NuVu Property Management. I have rented two different properties from them, and have not had one issue getting any problems, complaints, ect.. taken care of.
Michelle has proven to be one of the most professional people that I have had the pleasure to rent an apartment from most recently. she Immediately has taken care of every issue I've called about, without delay! I am a tenant in a Nuvu single family home. From the moment we approached them, when we needed to find a new home immediately due to emergency circumstances beyond our control, they were on the ball! A house had just come on the market and they worked double quick to get it ready for us to move in to. As someone who has not only been a renter for 35 years, but has also worked in property management off and on since the early 1980's, I am familiar with both sides of the Landlord/Tenant fence. Beware, 99.9% of those that have rented from Nuvu have lost a portion or all of their deposit. So understand, that regardless of what they say, your unit will never qualify as clean enough for you to get your full deposit back. I stayed in the apartment for over 2 years and left it cleaner than when I got it (I got it the week that they finished construction and had to clean out the construction dirt, dust and left over building materials) yet, Nuvu Property Management charged me $150 for "dusting blinds, dusting ceiling fans and cleaning window tracks". Yes, $150. Think about that
