Shout out to 2 Valley Tire in Gypsum!
This past spring, one of my snow tires hit some shrap metal and was damaged beyond repair. I bought a new tire and needed a shop to swap just one tire and wheel for me as I swap my snow tires/wheels myself. I went to one auto shop and they didn't even let me finish talking before they cut me off saying, "anything tire related is at least three weeks out." So I went down the road to 2 Valley Tire and they had my flat swapped out, old tire disposed of, and out the door in 15 minutes and for right around $30 bucks! Their staff from the front desk

Deceitful business. $172 oil change, what? That's $40 anywhere else. They will make up issues with your vehicle that dont exist to try and charge you. Like other reviews they charge you $60 to tell you you need other work before they can do the work they committed to like a simple alignment. Do NOT take your vehicle here, there are better options in the valley. Fact, any option is better than their scam...

Charged me 60 some odd dollars to tell me they couldn't do something. put it on the lift for maybe 5 minutes. said I needed a new cv axel but ironically my it was just replaced and just had sprayed grease on it. so they assumed it was bad. I asked for an estimate for the work to be emailed just so I can see all the stuff they say is wrong and to my surprise it wasn't sent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off.

This place is both deceitful and lacks any quality or customer service. $172 oil change that they did not call on prior, I can get hat done anywhere else for $40. Absolutely makes up issues with vehicles that don't exist in order to charge more. I would NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here. I have my suspicions they did something to my rig in order for me to bring it back. Which I would not.

Never fix the problems that we asked them to & kept our tires that still had a lot of tread left on them. Mechanics were disorganized didn't have the filters ahead of time that they needed in order to perform the service in same day like they promised. At 1st we're excited to find someone closer to Denver that could perform an alignment on a bigger truck. Leason learned next time we will just stick with the guys in Denver that are more reliable and affordable. They also demand payment & credit card before you can even view your invoice and see what you're paying for. If you need tires from a reliable

DO NOT go to this shop! I took my car to 2valleytire for an oil change and odd sound, receptionist forgot to tell the shop about the sound and suggested I put babypowder on my belt rather than fix the problem. When I brought my car back in for the same sound it look 4 business days to "fix the issue" which was not a problem but the lack of communication/answering the phone during this time was. When the car was finished I was informed that another repair (steering rack) was needed due to the new power steering pump that had been replaced. So after a $860 fix my car needed another $1200

2 Valley has been awesome! They have squeezed me in when I was desperate to get my truck fixed up same day even though they were really busy. They always honor their quote and the gals at the front desk are so kind and responsive. They are good at communicating what is needed and thorough when checking over my truck when they have it. I always leave very pleased.

Brought in a leaky tire. They did not explain services needed to repair the tire before fixing it and when I got to my car the seat, steering wheel, and door were filthy.
In resolve, after seeing my review, the owner Jeff personally called me to right the issue which was much appreciated. And I will consider doing business with this company in the future.

I put a few quotes in online and one of the shop managers contacted me and recommended one of the three options. They got the tires in the next morning and had them on 24hrs later. I felt some shaking when driving at high speeds and brought it back in the next day. They rebalanced the new tires and cleaned things up. The problem still persisted. I brought my car back in and they ordered a different brand of tires (which were more expensive) and put those on the following day. The shop manager Matt was super helpful and wanted to make things right for me so they did not even charge me for the difference

I just moved back to the area and these guys went out of their way to help me get my car back on the road the same day I called. The owners even brought me home and picked me up when it was done. The price was totally fair and I couldn't have wished for a better experience. They run a great business and I highly recommend them!

Jeff is amazing!!
Having trouble with our U-Haul truck and we were able to bring it in right away. Jeff checked the truck's transmission and engine to make sure everything was okay. He even went on a test drive with me just so I would be reassured the truck wasn't going to break down.
