Today was the last day of my sister's Chemo treatments, and since I do not live in Poway, I went online to find a shop to send her flowers. I looked online and found some things that were beautiful, but not what I wanted. I called and spoke with the wonderful people at Crystal's, told them what I wanted and they made a beautiful arrangement that my sister loved!

Outstanding Long Distance Customer Service! I called from Maine, and asked for help in selecting an arrangement for parents to celebrate a second baby, but also wanted a special, smaller bouquet with a balloon for the "Big Brother". My wife called from Virginia and they answered, after hours, and helped her figure out the perfect live arrangement for our daughter's birthday. She was surprised and very happy and we watched on Facetime, very pleased as she enjoyed her planter. In a time when things are not easy for anyone and very hard for some, Crystal Gardens really exceeded all our expectations. Thank you!

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered to her work for Valentine’s Day. I had bought flowers from them in the past without issue and wanted to use them again. I paid for a premium arrangement and when it arrived the flowers had clearly been in the fridge to long and we’re not fresh... very wilted. My wife sent me pics of the arrangement and I was disappointed to say the least. She called Crystal garden and they said they would bring her new flowers... which they did.
