We take everything we know about our Bride and her vision and pour it all into our bouquets, which really should sum up the overall wedding. We love to rotate different designs and add unique, unexpected touches to each table for the guests to marvel over and remember long after. We bring all the creative fun from our weddings and translate that into our design for business events.

First of all, WOW! Jill from Layered Vintage is beyond talented. I had seen her work on her website & Instagram and thought I had an idea of what she was capable of, but she completely outdid herself with our wedding florals!! Everything was perfectly aligned with the color palette and the floral vibe we discussed, and turned out even better than I could have ever imagined! Jill was great at communicating and super easy to work with. Thank you so much Jill for making my floral dreams come true!!

Jill is the best at what she does. When we started planning our wedding, I looked at (literally: a zillion) San Diego-area florists' portfolios (and this is coming from someone who thought I "don't care that much about flowers") - but after I lapped the block a few times, Jill was the ONLY choice... and is a head & shoulders above her competition (who I'm sure are all lovely, but her talent is unmatched).

I had so much fun working with Jill and her amazing team for my wedding back in January 2020. Jill is so incredibly talented and a true floral designer; it's clear that she's passionate about what she does and is super creative with her ingredient choices. I'm a graphic designer so I had a pretty particular vision for how I wanted my wedding to look, but I 100% trusted Jill to create something I'd be happy with based on all the amazing projects on her instagram (where I found her). Was not a fan of the process. There was a lot of miscommunication and I felt stupid at times. I personally need someone to walk me through everything and be more patient. When I asked questions she seemed frustrated. I was also told a certain amount but later told it would cost about $1,000+ more. I think Jill is very talented but it did not work out for me. Did not end up booking this is just honest feedback about the booking process.

Layered Vintage did an INCREDIBLE job with the flowers at our wedding in Oceanside! Jill nailed the vibe we were going for after only 2 conference calls :-). I am obsessed with Jill. She literally made my entire wedding. I had my wedding at BRICK in San Diego, which is basically an empty space that needs to be completely filled out. Her flowers were amazing and made the entire event.
I had some other vendors that were showing me pictures of some of their ideas that I didn't really like. I then would collaborate with Jill about it because she has such a great vision. Shes a genius and I really recommend her.

This review is long overdue but I hired Jill at Layered Vintage to provide all of the flowers for my wedding back in September.
Jill was such a trooper during the planning process and all of my changes along the way . She was super responsive, always accommodating, helped with recommendations for other vendors, collaborative and an overall sweet and incredible designer with amazing ideas.
I couldn't have asked for a more perfect florist and designer to bring my vision to life. Everything she created was stunning and exceeded my expectations.

Layered vintage is the best!! Jill is the sweetest, she really found creative and affordable ways to bring our vision to life for our wedding. We got married in October and wanted an autumn feel and she just took that idea and ran with it. She was always very responsive through email and easy to work with when I was being indecisive. The floral and decor were better than we imagined!

I cannot even describe how obsessed with my florals I was for my wedding. Without even giving Jill an exact description of what I pictured for my wedding florals, she nailed it. From my bouquet and the flowers around our alter, to the florals on the reception tables and around cocktail hours everything was perfect and spot on. Jill and her team know how to work some magic, and working with them was so smooth and stress free throughout the whole planning process and day of. I highly recommend Layered Vintage to anyone with an upcoming event or wedding!

I used Layered Vintage for my wedding ceremony/personals and was absolutely obsessed with them! Jill took my vision and made it everything I dreamt of and more. I was on a budget and Jill worked with me and was also very responsive when I reached out to her with some changes I had wanted. I had complete trust in her as I have been following her social media for a couple of years now, and I am so glad I chose her as my florist. I was able to use my ceremony garland as part of my backdrop for our sweetheart table and I was IN LOVE! Thanks again Jill for being part of our day.

I saw Hilary's review below and was disappointed to hear she had an unfortunate experience. I had such a wonderful experience (even asked if Jill offered other installations/services for the home). I trusted Jill as my florist when planning my wedding in San Diego from NYC. When we started working together she didn't have any other events scheduled on my wedding day of 7/1 and she seemed like she would be great to work with. My wedding was just two weeks ago and I am still dreaming about Jill's PHENOMENAL flowers!!! From the moment I connected with Jill, she understood my vision. We spoke on the phone, I shared a few photos via email, and described the overall feel I was going for - romantic, inspired by Frida Kahlo, the colors and aesthetic of early 20th century Mexico. Jill and her flowers are amazing! I follow her on Instagram and am in love with everything she posts. If you love her style as much as I do, my best advice to any brides to be is to tell her your theme or colors, and then let her run with it. She will do an amazing job!!

I could rave for days about how AMAZING Layered Vintage is! Jill is not only amazing at what she does, but she is one of the kindest people you will ever meet! She can quickly understand your vision AND then make it a million times better than you could hope for. Her arrangements are beyond gorgeous, and the blooms were insanely pretty. Layered Vintage is hands down the most amazing floral design I've ever worked with. Jill has the most wonderful eye for color and texture and her arrangements truly are like no other. She's probably the only floral designer I've ever worked with where I just left every decision up to her because I knew it would all be beautiful. Layered Vintage MADE my wedding. I would highly recommend Layered Vintage to anyone looking for a professional service with a beyond personalized touch. The florals that Jill designed are what gave my decor the bright, relaxed romantic, vintage vibe I had been dreaming of.
