I just want to say previously I have had terrible experiences with my prescription and glasses. Just to be clear NOT at Advanced Optometric Services, I picked up my glasses more than one pair because they are for specific functions and they are awesome !!! All fit well I can see perfect I am so happy. Dr. Medina took time to know a little about me and what I was looking for besides being able to see lol. The staff was great glasses fit perfect !! I am only going to give it a one star because I have too, but in all honesty the staff were really great! Dr Brandy Medina on the other hand was absolutely not! My daughter is very nervous about going to doctors as it is and this was her first visit ever to an eye doctor. She got scared of the eye machine and Dr Medina was not comforting at all, and when she wanted to try to use it, she (my daughter) grabbed it to pull it to her eyes to try it, dr Medina quickly grabbed it from her and suddenly scolded her with her finger pointed right at her about touching it in a rude unfriendly attitude, totally

Terrible treatment of children. Dr. Brandie Medina is rude to children and has no patience or understanding of how to treat young children who have never been to an eye doctor before. I get the impression she hates children. Don't take your kids here.
Perhaps you should consider putting a higher priority on your patients individual needs than you do your "ticking clock". In other words, quality over quantity. But I understand the more clients you can squeeze into the day, the more money you make. You are a business after all, therefore making a profit is the top priority.

The Optometrist, Brenda, is great. She tells you straight up what's going on with your eyes and provides eye wear and contact recommendation with your preference and budget in mind.
I would have given them more stars, but upon my second follow up visit I ya d to walk out due to a mismanagement of time. My appointment was at 9am. I called at 9am exact (you have to call in parking lot to be checked in for COVID) went in at 9:05am, had a quick eye check with new contacts and was then told the Dr would be right with me. 15 min later still no Dr.
If you are on a tight schedule or prefer time

Love the new office and love the staff! Dr. Medina is our favorite! I only wish we would of been offered some lense cleaner for my existing glasses especially after spending quite a bit in new lenses for my husband and myself. We were told our new lenses would come with some, but it’s nice getting some at the time of your visit as well. Great location!

This doctors office was very clean and professional. I was taken care of from the second I walked threw the door. The Doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was given amazing customers service from the second I walked in. Friendly host. Friendly tecks and professional Doctor. I was helped with my glasses selection and give great customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a hassle free eye appointment.
Update: My glasses I purchased from this office arrived quicker then they estamated. It took one week from my order date to arrive and I absolutely love them.

This is the best place to take yourself or your family to. I've grown up with a rare and difficult eye disease and it's been hard working with eye Drs who actually know what's going on since now I'm going blind from the disease. Most eye doctors think they throw a pair of glasses on your face they can fix you. Dr. Medina has done an amazing job working with my issues she actually understands and has given me the best care I've had in years. After calling several optometrist offices asking to be seen after developing an eye issue that was impacting my daily activities. I was seen promptly by this office and was given numerous tests and a diagnosis of my issue. I received clear instructions and a medication script the same day and my issue improved greatly. My aunt went to Dr. Kramer he charged her over $600 for new Lens Then sends her for cataract surgery then wants another 600 or more for another new set of lens she's a cash patient he should've either waited I can't believe these doctors do these to elderly people That our cash patients with no insurance it's ridiculous his front staff says oh we're sorry

My family used to be be patients with Dr L. Enjoyed my visits with him- he has a great personality and has treated my folks and I with respect . Unfortunately , can't say the same for the office people. We've (5 of us) have been coming here for quite some time and my mom took my grandpa in last week for his appointment and it went south very quickly. Basically like others have said, make sure they tell you which insurance cards and paperwork is needed before you go in to waste your time. My mom took time out of her day to go down there to be told they wouldn't see my grandpa because of some missing paperwork. Drs. are competent and friendly. However, poor customer service in the optometric department. Business hours for customers to pick up prepaid contacts and glasses are extremely limited. 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00. If you have an 8:00-5:00 M-F job, this necessitates taking a day off just to pick up an order. Business does not offer shipping for an additional fee.

I have been going here for years and it is always a good experience. It's comfortable and I have never waited long to be seen. I went in for contacts this time around and since they have all my information it was easier getting quoted for exam. I would say some music would help comfort more patients or guests waiting in the waiting room. It's quite quiet and with more than a few people waiting it gets a little awkward. But, you're always seen soon after so it's not bad. This is the only optometric place I trust.

Now that is time to get glasses here is my experience with this office on my last visit. Bought a flex Nike glasses which I pay over $400 with insurance. 8 months and the glasses snap in half at the flex point. Was stun that glasses would do that? Went back and they were replace which was great. 6 month later the 2nd one snap in half. After calling them I was told they I could not return it for a replacement which I get that. I ended up buying a brand new pair for $100 on eBay from another optometrist who had old stock and I installed my lens in them. Still going strong today! When searching for

So both my daughters have had glasses since they were toddlers and we have gone through a handfull of doctors. Some terrible, some good, but none were great. Doctor Kramer is just great, he knows what he's talking about. He's as thorough as a doctor can get and he genuinely cares, and that is rare these days. He treats my 7 year old and 4 year old, he also gave my son his first eye exam at 1 years old which is no easy feat but he did an amazing job! Great doctor! We will be a patient of his for as long as he is in practice! Great office staff, great eyewear options.

I like the convenience of the location for me personally the doctor does a great job explaining everything and answering question the girls are nice also
The only negative part was I was given wrong information with how my insurance worked.
I would have liked for them to have given me the information I had asked for without guessing.
So suggestion is to make sure phone calls are made before assuming coverages.

Very friendly receptionist... Made our appointment with ease although you have to pay a 25 dollar deposit to make an appointment which is super inconvenient...especially with a large family ... The technician however had zero bedside manner... My 9 yr old felt very nervous and intimidated if she didn't answer or understand something right away.. She didn't acknowledge her or show any kind of thoughtfulness... HOWEVER Dr.Kramer was amazing... My daughter felt completely at ease as she explained everything thoroughly and with a smile...

The staff was not informative and rude. I walked in and was taken to several procedures to check vision and once I got to see the doctor they told me my insurance did not cover I asked specifically if it was covered in prior to making an appointment and the receptionist said it was covered. either way they were not informative and at the end I wasted a minimum of four hours plus I had to put my daughter into care. What a waste of time and everybody there were impersonal. I'll never go back there again.
