Was very clear and thorough from beginning to end. Jeremy gave a detailed report which arrived by email the next day despite it being a holiday weekend. He went over his findings before he left and gave advice on how to fix certain items and the most important fix to start with which helped a lot.

We purchased a home in Wisconsin from out of state. Lakeside did the home inspection and we were not present for the inspection. The report was very thorough, had great pictures and let us know of all that was right and potentially wrong with the home we were purchasing. After the inspection they continued to be available for questions we had regarding the things we didnt like from the report. We continued with the purchase, acted on the items from the report and even had questions about things not in the report that they were happy to help us with. As a first time home buyer I was unaware of what to expect from a home inspection. As first time home buyers, I couldn't have asked for better inspector. Jeremy walked us through the house and told us little things he would look into or change even though it wouldn't be put on his report because it wasn't a big deal. He even went over changing our furnace filter, how often to change it if we have pets, what kind of pet it is and good places to buy it. He would answer any questions that was asked and would have no problem explaining things if we did not understand. We will certainly be using him again when we purchase a new house.
