With the support of my wife of 20 years, Jennifer, and our three boys, Jackson, Spencer and Parker, I opened Inspect The Best WI. I am looking forward to achieving my goal to help you either prepare your home for sale or to assist you in making the decision to purchase a house. Paul was flexible, responsive, informative, and pleasant to work with. We received a thorough and helpful report at the end of the inspection, including photos. His base home inspection is an amazing value. If you plan to include the add-on tests, though (mold, water, radon, etc.), be prepared for your bill to increase significantly (3x). We were expecting this, so we ended up happy with the inspection results and the overall experience.

They were flexible with their scheduling, and encouraged us to follow along and learn about our new home. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, answered questions and explained solutions to issues that he showed to us. The report included everything we spoke about, with photos showing possible problem areas. It was delivered to our email the same day as the inspection. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Paul was able to answer all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable with every aspect of what to look for and highlighted things I would have not have noticed had I not had him to inspect.
He had all the tools necessary such as thermal imaging to detect things which the naked eye couldn't. He was able to make us confident with our future purchase knowing everything was covered and nothing was missed.
