Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your inspection, for any reason, let us know. There will be no charge for you and a learning experience for us to know how to better serve everyone. We strongly encourage the buyer to participate in the inspection process. This will give you the peace of mind to know what is right with your home, and the power to make an informed offer; saving you money.
Typically upkeep and maintenance of condo exteriors and roofs are done by the condo association and can be excluded from the inspection, saving you money. If you want us to inspect it, we certainly can. If your condo doesn't have a garage or basement, you can exclude that too. All part of keeping prices down for you.
Cornerstone inspected a house that my son was buying. The cost for the inspection was more than most other quotes he got so I told my son I would pay the extra because I had used Cornerstone before and knew it was well worth the extra cost. The inspector went through every inch of the three level home and made a detailed report of possible concerns.
With the housing market as competitive as it is and many people not including the an inspection contingency as part of their offer to purchase, does it still make sense to have an inspection after closing? In a word, yes! While it is absolutely. Changes are coming to the home inspection process and more importantly, how the report is done.

Working with Michael was easy. Booked through his website, paid and signed paperwork online, and met him on the day of the inspection at the home. He was early to our appointment, thorough, personable, and helped me understand what he was seeing throughout the inspection. His report was in my inbox the same day and he has been available for questions after he concluded the physical walk through.
I will absolutely use him again when I need more or different types of home inspections and would recommend anyone else use him, as well!

Cornerstone home inspections were a pleasure to work with. Mike was very thorough and explained everything in detail that he had any concerns with. He sent me a very detailed report within a couple hours of finishing the inspection. The report included great pictures and described the items based on severity and whether there were immediate fixes required or if it was something to watch over the next several years. Mike did a great job inspecting the property I am looking to buy. He has many awesome tools that assist with inspection (Thermal Imaging, gas detectors, radon tester, electric testers). He was detailed and did an amazing write up that was available same day. He was professional, on time, and has a great scheduling website that allowed me to set up an appointment the same week I had an accepted offer. My friends suggested I use him and he did not disappoint. I will recommend him to everyone I know as THE guy for home inspections in SE Wisconsin.
