I have been coming here for 8 years. I love this salon and the entire team of people that work here. I highly recommend them. I specifically get manicures and pedicures here with gel. I love the Luxury pedicure with hot stone massage as well. Great customer service. Fair pricing. Go check them out if you have not. I drive down from Tahoe, they are AWESOME 👌

This is the second time I’ve gone to this place and both times one particular woman is downright rude and nasty. I’m a reasonable person but she’s just horrible! I had a cut on my thumb so I wanted to file it myself. She snatched the file away from me and literally yelled at me that she’s to do her job and I’m not allowed to touch my own finger! I will never return. There are plenty of nail salons around with lovely technicians.

I went in for a full set of long coffin nails, 120$ …. 2 days later I went in because 2 broke off and my gem fell off. He left the 2 chipped nails without taking them off, glued another nail on top…I had coffin shape and clearly made my middle finger square, didn’t place the gem where it was supposed to be, and also didn’t top coat them and they were sitting there laughing about it the whole time!!!! He was Absolutely unprofessional and I believe it was because he knew he wouldn’t be making any money for fixing what should’ve never broke. The pictures do no justice!

Was really disappointed in this place because it’s in such a nice mall. It was very dirty, so much dust and nail clippings everywhere. My manicurist missed so many steps in the process of cutting and buffing my nails. I look forward to the massage when I’m getting my nails done and he didn’t even massage my hands. Then at the end they didn’t even bother to check on me when my nails were drying so I had go find someone to pay I could have literally walked out. For $25 it was infuriating to have such a bad experience.

I've been here before and had the guy do my nails a couple of times and they have always turned out beautiful. I am here visiting family and wanted to get my nails filled and the lady that sits in the front did them and they came out terrible. there's bubbles in them and at some parts they look streaky. it seemed like she was rushing to get me done even though it was not busy in there at all. I will no longer be returning there I am so disappointed by the quality and cost.

The woman who did my pedicure was rude, rushed, and very rough with my legs and feet. She seemed very bothered that I did not want the "deluxe" pedicure. I would also like to add that she was so rushed with my pedicure that she dropped the nail polish brush on the floor and continued to use it on my toes. 1/10 would not recommend.

WOW!! What an amazing first experience going to this salon, I had the incredible Julie do my nails and she absolutely killed it! The service and atmosphere was one of the most friendly I have ever seen, all of the employees seem to love their job and they deserve our business hands down!! I’ve already had so many compliments on these nails I can’t wait to go back for more sets from them

This is NOT like me to give a 1 star review but wow, what a well deserved 1 star this experience was. Talk about terrible customer service and a terrible pedicure.
I went with a girlfriend who made our appointment for Friday at 3:30. We showed up right on time and they lead us to our booths in the back. Holy cow, I can handle hot water, like the hottest of the hot, but this scalded my feet so I had to ask for cold water to be added. A guy came over to work on my feet (not sure of his name), he took my polish off, cut half of my entire nail off my big right toe I nearly screamed, did a couple

Oof, tough time in Reno. Not all experiences can be good, and this was one of them. Coming from Cali, this beautiful Nail Salon was one my wifey was hopeful for. Arriving on time w our appointment, we had in mind what my wifey wanted: we even showed the nail specialist the exact picture of the pink nails that were desired.

Go somewhere else! Asked for a gel manicure. Simple polish. She drilled my nails down to nothing, used an extremely rough file on my natural nail, and was sloppy with the polish. She didn't notice that she applied two top coats to one hand and one on the top. When I brought it to her attention so she me I was wrong. Gave the most rushed hand massage and used oil on one hand/arm and then lotion on the other. Even caught herself and just laughed.

I just had my nails done by Katie and I absolutely love them! I’ve gone to legacy nails 3 times and have always left satisfied. Today I wanted a full set of acrylics with a pedicure gel tip and I’m very happy with the work done. I called and Lexi answered, she was super nice they were busy and unfortunately I did not have an appointment but they were still very willing to accommodate my party of three. Katie did amazing work and was super friendly. She was very gentle with me and timely. I gave a four star rating only because the other two members of my party felt like the services they received

My wife and I had a good experience here. I'm the type of husband who has no issue at all going his wife to get a pedicure. We've been here half a dozen times or so now and I'll admit, my first time was a bit awkward for me but I've since grown accustomed to it (I joke with her that she created a monster).

I had a friend in town who wanted a pedicure so we decided to check out Legacy Nails.
We called in the late afternoon for a 10am appt the next day, and luckily they were able accommodate both of us.
I received a regular deluxe spa pedicure and he a gel deluxe spa pedicure.
My nail tech was great. He was friendly, made small conversation, and was efficient. Services lasted a out 30 mins. I would have loved a bit more leg & foot massaged but that's not necessarily the purpose of my visit.
Overall I walked away very happy and would definitely return.
