I literally have no idea while the rating of this nail salon is low. I have come here for years, never need an appointment, and the staff is all really nice and highly skilled. Happy Foot Spa & Nails is my favorite for custom nail designs. I bring Happy Foot Spa & Nails all kinds of hard designs from Pinterest and Happy Foot Spa & Nails always "nails" the design and is fast and efficient.

I am going to get straight to the point. I'm highly upset and will never return. Every time I come here they rush my man and ped. They are very rough and give poor quality of work and service. They over charge and even cut my nails poorly which results in ingrown toe nails consistently... etc. My list can go on.. I have been going here off and on for years giving the benefit of the doubt. Only to received poor service. I finally decided to never go here again. 😪

I was very disappointed in my service. My wife and I went for a relaxing foot spa. It was not relaxing and the experience stressed us out. They started us 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment and the service lasted 15 minutes. I paid $95 for a 15 minute pedicure. I was shocked they charged us full price for this terrible service. We left with sticky legs, and extremely annoyed. You can tell this place doesn’t care about quality, they just care about how many people they can crank through.

I wish I could put a zero. The guy Jon was not listening to what I wanted and didn't even put one of the colors in the right spot then made it seem like I was inconveniencing him that he moved my stuff while I was washing may hands and then didn't even say a word after my experience. I've never felt more appalled and disappointed at a place when this is my third time trying them. I asked for this picture down below and got something totally different and the sliver was supposed to be on my middle.
