The lady who did my pedicure was really nice but my pedicure was so horrible. I did come in at 6:15p and closing was @7:00pm. First of all she took all my gel nail polish by filing it off. I usually have my gel polish wrapped in foil and with acetone. Although I soaked my foot, I did not get a quality pedicure. The callous from my heels are still there. I did get no treatment for my toe nails after she scraped my gel nail polish off. She just started to polish my toenail with gel polish. When she was finished it looked so horrible I just wanted to cry. All she said was she would put another coat

I am so disappointed ! this is by far the worst set of acrylics I have ever got. ( including get them done by myself or a tech still in school. ) The tech was super friendly but she was on the phone half the appointment and getting up every 5 minutes to get what she needed to do my nails. The end result i wanted Ombre the blend or lack of blend is so terrible i wanted to cry. All of my nails are super bumpy different length's filed in different shapes i mean just terrible !!! The lady said she has been doing nails 31 years. I will never go back or recommend to anyone what a waste of money

The people are nice. The place was dirty and disorganized. The people seemed nice but at one point one of the employees was cutting an apple in a chair did not clean it. My mom and I went there before New Years and just wanted a simple design. The polish was old and clumpy. The first color I chose had to be changed because it was all dried out. I would not recommend this place.

Took my girlfriend here today, she didn't have an appointment but they got her in fast, any issues she had she simply voiced them and they were fixed and she loves her nails! She doesn't remember the lady's name who started her nails but both her and Suzy worked on her and they were both amazing and friendly!

Sadly I'm only giving 2 stars because the lady that did my pedicure was very very sweet. As for service it would have been 1!! I wish I could've have given more stars but as I was sitting in the chair while the lady was doing my pedicure I noticed she was doing it without latex gloves bare hands (I am healthy and so are my feet but I never seen that before) and then she kept walking over to check on another clients hands (she Previously did before me) touching their hands etc... made me question the sanitation?she continued to work on my feet and never once washed her hands as for the

I'm so sorry this is late but, I soooo appreciate this place. Nothing fancy; just a GREAT PEDICURE. I've been coming here for months. No ridiculous prices. Wen, the owner and another gal work here and she's amazing. Other places, do not know how to take out the side-ingrowns but, they do especially if you have bad toes and I am one of them.

I love Yen and her attention to the customer. She always finds a way to fit me in. Tried the Gel manicure today along with my pedi. Love the longevity of the gel products and their large selection of colors here. This is a hidden gem inside Reno Town Mall -so happy to have found it! Not the normal assembly line shop. Once you try Hong Kong Nail, you will not want to go back. Plus affordable -$50 for manicure AND the gel manicure, great deal!

I had my first pedicure a few months ago and have been going to this place the last few months. It's a small mom n pop shop and 'Yen' who owns it, does an amazing pedicure. I have some rough toe nails and from the recommendation of a friend who has been seeing Yen 10+ yrs, she was telling the truth.
My toes feel FABULOUS all the time now. I'm no longer embarrassed how they look and gone are the in-grown nails. The shop is not fancy, but what an awesome pedicure. I'm a fan for life.
