Do you "speak insurance?" Luckily, you don't have to. At In Focus Eye Center, Rachael, our insurance coordinator is fluent and can translate the terms for you. Our whole team will make sure you get every penny that you are entitled to. Our optical frame selection is stocked with styles that will help you be fashion forward without letting you look like you are trying too hard.

My husband and I had the best experience at In Focus Eye Center. Everyone person on staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The selection of eyewear was superb. Awesome experience all the way around. Got me in immediately to look at a scratch on my eye and even helped with Rx options to help me find the lowest priced option. Saw them again for my annual checkup not long after. The entire staff is attentive and there to help, and the doctor takes her time to ensure you understand everything. This was a nice change of pace after previously using a nationwide chain for my eye care needs. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment with Dr Jen this week and she is the best - so efficient. She explained the pros and cons of my treatment options and let me decide!
I hadn’t been to eye doctor in 3 years but she didn’t make me feel bad, she just said “I’m glad you’re here now”.

I had another fantastic experience at In Focus. I was taken back within 5 minutes of my arriving for my appointment. Because of the reason for my particular appointment, I was there less than 30 minutes! The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Jenn is extremely thorough and courteous. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a reliable and competent eye exam!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Last night, I had a popped blood vessel in my eye and was unsure when or how it occurred. I hate blood and anything related to injuries and was freaking out. I called my eye doctor the next morning and they not only couldn't get me in for an appointment for over 6 days, the receptionist also told me to go to the ER. Instead, I called In Focus Eye Center and spoke with Rachel. As I was crying, she made me feel 100% better and told me to come in right away, if for nothing else, peace of mind! Dr. Jen is hands down the best eye doctor in Atlanta. She's very thorough with her exams and is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoughtfully listen and respond to your concerns and questions. I've been going to her for a few years now and wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. Also, the office itself is well managed--friendly staff, timely appointments, covid precautions. 10/10 experience here with ordering prescription sunglasses. I came to In Focus because of the very large selection of sunglasses frames! Steven the optician was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different frames, lenses, tints, and add-on features available. He was also well versed in navigating my insurance and making sure we explored all my benefits--greatly appreciated!
In terms of COVID safety, everyone is wearing a mask, there are Plexiglass dividers, and all the glasses are sanitized by soaking in antiseptic solution in between try-ons.

I have now visited twice (primary visits, not counting follow ups). Echoing the same sentiments as others. Professional, efficient, courteous, and thorough. In light of the pandemic, also note - restricted/controlled access, sanitizer immediately inside the door, shields at the front desk. Dr. Jen wore a mask, wiped down all equipment my face touched beforehand, and a plastic shield was in place where necessary.

Wonderful and professional. I was there for an annual exam and I wear contacts. The technician, doctor and front office staff were friendly, professional and were able to answer all my questions. I was only there for 30ish min and they were able to help me with my insurance issues and order me a year's worth of lenses.

Highly recommended! Until now I had been going to one of the big box chain eye doctors. In Focus was a totally difference experience from the second I walked in the door. Everyone is extremely professional and courteous. They make you feel comfortable, and it's clear they know what they're doing. There is no pressure to upgrade or make extra purchases, and Dr. Jen and her staff are simply top notch. I will definitely be back here and will recommend to my friends! Dr. Jen was amazing. By far one of the best eye doctors I've ever been to. I'm in the middle of a weird time with my eyes. Got Lasik 13 years ago, need glasses now at times, eye sight is fading, and wasn't sure how to move forward with my eyes. Go back to contacts or get a tune-up with Lasik. During my first time there this month, which aligned with my yearly check-up appointment, she spent a good amount of time with me, helped me weigh my options and gave me great advice. Then Julia did my pre-screening tests and was knowledgeable, professional, and very relaxing and kind.
Dr. Jen was perfect. The concerns I had about my current lenses were very minor and I basically said they were no big deal, but she still took the concerns as valid and had me try some new material contacts and adjusted the Rx a bit to try and make sure I left with the best contacts match possible.

This is the most comprehensive educational eye exam I have ever received. The office was easy to find, impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. I have never had my vision health explained to me so precisely as to what is happening and what I need to do to get to where I need to be. The eye doctor also gave me a pair of contacts to try out and then set me up with a follow up appointment in a week to see how they are working out. So pleased with my experience here! I scratched my eye after business hours, called Dr. Jay the next morning and he was SO helpful and accommodating. He got me in the office ASAP and made me feel super comfortable as he explained in detail everything he was doing, which, as a patient, I appreciate. I'm on day 3 of the injury now, and because of his care I'm feeling so much better. If he puts this much effort and care into a random injury patient, I can only imagine how helpful and caring he is with every other patient. Plus, his sense of humor and personality are great. This was one of the easiest eye appointments I have made. Their tech platform for scheduling and reminders worked very well. I was seen very promptly. Everyone there was so nice and Dr. Chretien has a great manner. He explained everything to me very clearly. Then I was able to get the exact glasses I wanted.

I am really impressed by In Focus Eye Center. It was really easy to make an appointment and they do a great job helping you figure out insurance. I made an appointment for 11am and was brought back around 11:10am which is pretty good for any doctors appointment. The techs were all amazing and Dr. Jay was fantastic. He spent a significant amount of time discussing eye anatomy and explaining the purpose for each part of the exam. Parking may be a problem for people here but I would definitely choose In Focus over a chain any day.
