Made an appointment the day before for a walk in appointment. Was asked to come in at 9:15a the next morning. Was charged a $40 copay. Waited to be seen for a total of 3 1/2 hrs and then they went to lunch. Staff then said it could still be another 3 hrs because I was considered a walk in. So, why schedule me for 9am your policy is to be seen after scheduled appointments for the day. And schedule multiple walk ins so early in the day. Unfortunately, I was never seen at all (left at 12:45) but was told I would receive a refund of my copay. Which has not happened. I was able to get a very late afternoon

Georgia Eye Partners Emory is an excellent representation of great eye care. From my doctor, Liana Lynskey to each and every employee, I was more than pleased with the expertise, warmth and care extended to me. This degree of professionalism also included one of the cleanest, most pristine women's restrooms I've ever encountered in any office building.

Very disappointing experience. Based on reviews, I called Georgia Eye Partners in June to schedule an annual exam. I had to wait two months for an appointment. When I booked the appointment, I provided the scheduler with my name and specific insurance information. I arrived for today's appointment and was told that they do NOT accept my insurance. I advised the front desk staff that I provided my insurance information upon booking. They apologized and said that one of their doctors accepts my insurance but he's approximately 40 minutes away. Notably, they stated that they accept

I was referred to this location to see one of the specialists. The front desk staff were friendly and the waiting area had signs and was arranged to promote social distancing which was nice. When I was called to the back, a staff member named Evita prepped me to see the doctor. Evita was wonderful! She was very polite, patient, and professional. After the prep, I was moved to another exam room to wait for the doctor. Both of the exam rooms were very clean with state of the art instruments and were tech savvy with monitors instead of the usual mirror on the wall. The doctor that saw me was Dr. Goldstein
