Just like another reviewer, a SFMetro Trans driver also swiped my car breaking my side view mirror on the drivers side. SFMetro Trans is attempting to deny their liability. Unlike the other reviewer, the driver stopped and I have a pic of his drivers license, detailed pictures of the bus damage where it hit my car, and info including the bus number and license plate. I have dash cam video of the entire incident. I was sitting still, in Park, waiting for a train to cross the road. The moving bus hit my stationary car. Now they're trying to claim that I am at fault. UNETHICAL!!

A Metro Trans driver hit my car, took off the side mirror, and drove away without stopping. The company has ignored multiple attempts by myself and my insurance company to seek compensation, despite being presented with a clear photograph of the fleeing vehicle taken by a witness. I can only imagine what other ethical obligations they disregard. Patronize at your own risk.
