We call them whenever we need transportation to SFO as they have always arrived on time (usually early by 5 minutes or more), are courteous, efficient and provide comfortable, spotless vehicles. They confirm the details of our request with a prompt email so there is absolutely no question as to the details.
They have never failed us!

Excellent, convenient, and reliable service! I really have to thank RedTie for an outstanding service experience today. Very rarely do I utilize limo services, but today I needed last-minute help transporting my family members from out of town. The service was fast, flexible, and easy to coordinate, even after our plans changed, twice! Everything worked-out perfectly! Everyone is here. We're all happy. I used RedTie for the first time last week and I was not disappointed. My flight was delayed but the driver was aware of the situation and was waiting for me when I came out, ready to take my bags and get going so I could get to my destination on time. I love RedTie! They are ALWAYS early for pickup and extremely courteous. For some reason, I always get the same driver (Saolo) and he is very courteous and professional. It is always nice to see a friendly face after a long trans-atlantic flight.
One time my flight was delayed for 3 hours coming back from LHR and they still kept my reservation and ended up transporting me in an SUV (due to timing) at no extra cost to me. I highly recommend this company, I can't say more good things about it.

We were staying in San Francisco for the week but wanted to visit Napa so we hired RedTie as our car service and I am glad we did. Alex was great for the entire 9 hour service. Alex picked us up on time and got us to all of our scheduled wineries on time. Alex was very accommodating and flexible and RedTie was very helpful during the entire booking process. I would recommend RedTie to anyone in need of car service, they were great!
