My experience has been WONDERFUL SIMPLY A DREAM! Tammy one of the managers is an absolute pleasure to deal with, so knowledgeable, so efficient, so patient and so energetic. She always has a wonderful smile on her face and her attitude is genuinely helpful and pleasant. She had helped my husband and I from start to finish during out move in. I had noticed a few items that I wanted maintenance to look over and she took all of my concerns immediately and had promptly expedited them to the appropriate parties so that were handled. Update:I have lived at Ivanhoe village apartments on and off for over 3 years now up until recently it has been great. They got new management recently and they have been anything but helpful. I moved out a month ago and I still have yet to receive an itemized list and a portion of my deposit back. When I went in person to the leasing office just to speak with someone today they had their sign hanging on the door that said "welcome, come in" and so I did and no one was in there. Then the leasing office lady comes back in after about 5 minutes of me waiting and

At first , you may think the rent is reasonable.... We have been told the trash, sewage, and water costs very little per month (person showed the place) but that is not true. The average monthly charge is about 100 dollars through Conservices (which also is not the best). They keep the place neat and clean. Even for two bedrooms, you only get one designated parking. There are better quality apartments with better management you can find for sure....

Not a recommended place to rent. They show you a wonderful apartment and say yours is just like it, just different plan. Then you move in and have painted cupboards that stick, matte paint that has been painted so many times and a cheap carpet that will not stop shedding after 8 months and i vaccum every day. Plus they say they al lo w smoking, but then tell you to take a walk. False advertisement. I highly recommend going any where else. Plus once yiur lease is up they raise your rent to ridiculously high.

I am giving my move out notice as of today. I have lived here about a year. Ivr paid my reant in time and have been a great tenant. The management is unfriendly and is lazy in regards to upkeep or updating equipment and amenities that are promised. Saunas don't work, washers and dryers are 20 years old. Unit kitchens are outdated along with all fixtures throughout Unit. My classic Mustang was towed from my assigned spot even though I was assured it was safe.

At first my husband and I loved our Appartment I mean there wasn't much to complain about we got a pool and pet friendly! But two weeks in we had a mice running through our kitchen and maintenance came to put traps not only did we catch that mice we caught four others that night. I was grossed out! But we stayed and put more traps, we are now three months in and we have caught over 11 mice. They are infested and hardly do anything about it until we put our 30 day notice (of course). I would never recommend for someone to live here. Maintenance is always great with us though, they come when we need

Today I went to check out the two bedroom two full bath Ivanhoe apartment homes and it was a really nice apartment the layout was really unique and it impressed me very very much it's nice and clean and fresh one of the best apartments I've ever seen but for the price that you have to rent it for is kind of small but other than that what a nice apartment.

It's alright, for the price though, I'm pretty sure you can find better. My wife and I had the two bedroom and I felt like the layout was very odd. The fact that you can only get to the back patio through the small bedroom makes it useless.
They are pretty good about service requests although it felt like we had to strong arm them a couple of times. And just like any apartment complex, they take the cheapest route.
Although the three bedrooms appear to be nice since they are basically their own house. They also have central AC, washer, and dryer. The other configurations do not.
