Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and as usual, I tend to place a higher value on customer service than luxury or bells and whistles. Really appreciated the staff and their attention to detail and accommodation - particularly Zac and Kyra. The aesthetics of the hotel and rooms are simple and a bit retro, yet still elegant and classy, in true Scandinavian style. Will gladly stay here again for another local staycation.

We stayed in a Superior King room.
Beautiful hotel , super comfy bed and linens . Great shower with fantastic pressure.
Our room was great , staff very friendly and attentive.
Elevator was down and they are quite small so that made for a bit of a wait .
I did find the rooms a bit noisy from street noise.
We stayed on the fifth floor and woke quite a bit Friday and Saturday night due to lots of sirens and screeching cars. Not the hotels fault and you are in the heart of downtown , just an FYI.
Super convenient to Jazz Alley which was the purpose of our trip . We didn't get a chance

Welllllll I went for my birthday during a break from studying and what a DISAPPOINTMENT 😞. The hotel was under construction and the website nor the 3rd party websites mention anything of the sort. The restaurant that's mentioned was also CLOSED. Room was super basic with a minimalist vibe which is alright I suppose and yea I was trying something NEW. The bed is very low to the ground and while comfortable, anyone with bad knees or any other mobile difficulty may want to steer clear. Location of the hotel is in close proximity to other sights to see, the hotel itself was a sight I could have

I'm staying here right now and having a comically bad experience. The staff is friendly but not particularly helpful, largely because the management seems to be throwing them under the bus. I was not made aware when I booked that the building would be under construction during my stay. I just tried to retire to my room to take a nap and incredibly loud drilling and hammering was audible everywhere. I called the front desk and was told they were putting a stop to it right away because they aren't supposed to be working, but then I got another call saying it would go on for another two

The hotel is a construction site. No information about this when booking but the whole lobby and most of the floors are complete construction sites. The staff didn't care to acknowledge that at all. I would give it a few months before booking your stay here. The room was spacious and pretty nice though, but had I known we would be walking in to a construction site I would've obviously picked another hotel.

Lola is my favorite brunch spot in Seattle. Their eggs Benedict is the best I've ever had, and even their simple breakfasts are fantastic. The staff are all really wonderful and genuinely invested in you having a great experience. If you want a cocktail with your weekend brunch, Guillermo makes a killer spicy bloody mary.

Hotel Andra is very inflexible with bookings. I had booked a room in anticipation of attending a medical conference in Seattle. Due to the presence of coronavirus cases in Seattle, the conference was cancelled. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel was unwilling to give a refund and even refused partial refund or even a voucher for future stay. My colleagues who booked at other hotels in Seattle were met with friendly service and were able to receive refunds. I highly recommend choosing another hotel in the area.

I'm a little reluctant to give this place a glowing review because I don't want them to jack their prices up. So... don't do it. I want to come back time and time again.
This was our second stay here. We loved it just as much the first time.
Issac, the man. He has incredible ideas on dinner and placea to go.
We used the airport car setvice, $45. So worrh it. Not much off of Uber/lift. Nice ride.
Our room, we love it. Always so much to watch from the windows. We walked everywhere!!
Fantastic all the way around. Very cozy bed...

This was our first time staying at Hotel Andra. The property is perfectly located in downtown Seattle within walking distance to numerous restaurants. We stayed in room 410 and it was beautiful. On one side of the room we had views of downtown 4th Avenue and the trees were lit up with nightlights. On the other side of the room we had a cool view of the Escala building used in the filming for 50 Shades of Gray. Great restaurant in the lobby called Lola which is very popular with the Brunch crowds but has great dining and drinks in the evening. I loved that the room itself had a very comfortable

Hotel Andra exceeded my expectations of a downtown hotel. The rooms were large and cozy. The staff was attentive and helpful down to every need and question. We were checked in on daily. The location is perfectly situated in walking distance to main attractions like Pike Place and public transportation. Will stay here every time!

I always look for the largest room I can get for a decent price and Andra was perfect. Large one bedroom, small hotel and perfect location. Walking distance to major sites including pike's, Seattle center, monorail, and restaurants.
Staff was very friendly and luckily blessed us with an early check in and a late check out!
Fitness room was clean, small but modern . 2 elliptical and 2 treadmills. Only saw one other person daily at 6am.
We ate at 3 restaurants within a half block and they were all good. Dahlia, lola's and serious pie.
Normally I would not write such a great review

My husband booked us at this hotel for 4 nights during our stay in Seattle. It was the perfect location! Just within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from Pike Market and downtown shopping areas.
Room: The room was spacious and very clean. It looked newly remodeled. It came with a fridge that you need a key to open. We did use it to store a water we bought.
Service: The hotel staff was really friendly and greeted us every time we entered the hotel and every time we left.
Parking: They had a valet parking area right in front of the hotel. You needed to call the front desk about 10 minutes

Our first visit to Seattle and we picked the best hotel to stay at. Great location. Great room. Great restaurant (Lola). Great staff, especially you Sharon. We’re staying at this hotel every time we come… here. I loved sitting on the couch looking at the cityscape, going to Dahlia Bakery across the street and talking a super easy walk to Pike Place. Stay here, it’s way worth it.

Yes and yes! We arrived to outstanding customer service a clean room and they listened when my husband mentioned it was our anniversary. All he wanted was a nice room but they went so far as to send a bottle of champagne up without us asking!!!! What a surprise for both of us! I wish I could name which employee spearheaded that but they did it without needing to be recognized. We would stay again for sure. If anyone had something happen that wasn't to their liking I can say the management and employees seem very committed to a fantastic customer experience and would make it right. Definitely

Love staying at this hotel when I'm in Seattle. I've been here quite a bit, always for work, and have mostly stayed here. Small little boutique hotel but really cute. Lola's the restaurant on the bottom floor is so delicious. They also bring the donuts from the Dahlia bakery across the street which is sooooo damn good.
Back to the hotel....really nice and attentive hotel staff. The last time I was there, I accidentally booked the junior hotel which was tiny and not the same ambiance at all from their regular room. They willingly switched me and were just so accommodating. Will

Very dog friendly! We live in redmond but we had our anniversary date night in seattle plus microsoft work party. Staffs were amazingly nice, manager came to us to pet our dog, gave us recommendations to restaurants for our dog(she was so nice!)
Downside: nowhere to take your dogs out to potty. City downtowns lack green spaces that we knew but it was pain to walk around blocks to blocks in cold weather to let our dog try to pee/poo on any little tiny grass we see lol
Being in the heart of downtown, valet or paid parking lot further away is very common in seattle so we just went ahead with valet

I stayed there 2 nights when I visited Seattle for travel at the beginning of January. Hotel Andra is at very convenient location for travelers and is comfortable.
First of all, Seattle downtown is a little far from SeaTac airport, and it takes 40 min by the Link Light Rail. However, the fee is only $3, and the route map is simple, so it is very easy for us, travelers, to use Link Light Rail for trip. This hotel is very close to one of the stations, Westlake station, and I only took about 5-10 minutes from the hotel to the station by walk. At the Westlake station, they have also a station of a

This was my first time actually staying "downtown" in Seattle so we took a long time choosing a hotel.
I am SO glad we chose Hotel Andra. Our online booking was smooth and we got an incredible deal. We called a couple of times before our visit with some questions and they were pleasant on the phone and very helpful.
When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice valet who took care of our car and we were parked in the Andra lot so we felt like our car was safe and secure for our visit. We were also greeted by a kind doorman and folks to help with our luggage. Check in was smooth and

I found this hotel surprisingly underwhelming. Here's why
1. Food was decent but high priced. Breakfast omelet was $41 OUCH
2. Things in the room were broken, mainly the lights wouldn't go off, the switch was broken, so had to unplug things manually.
3. Had to wait on hold with internet support to get my Amazon FireTV Stick to connected and lost it the last day and just gave up.
4. Two people came into my room while I was gone which I found unsettling...
Beyond this the staff wasn't really helpful and offered no concessions for this crazy trouble. I stay in hotels every week and

I had really high hopes for this hotel because 1) it's a boutique and 2) it's near a lot of shopping and restaurants.
The location was great and the service was great. There is a Lola restaurant near the lobby which apparently is God's gift to earth in the form of a Tom Douglas restaurant. I ordered room service from Lola, but honestly the chicken souvlaki wrap I got was bad. I can't tip-toe around that. It just was not well-made or flavorful. Perhaps the food inside the restaurant is much better (the room service menu differs from the menu inside the restaurant).

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel in Seattle. Full disclosure, I was on a business trip and expected the typical non-chain hotel with a few nice touches but was unexpectedly delighted when I entered my room. The spaciousness of the room, deluxe minibar, complementary bathrobes and the walking closet/ sitting area were my favorite things.
The exercise room is better than in most small hotels. In addition to free weights, several top of the line elliptical and treadmill machines are available. I absolutely loved the Precor elliptical in the exercise room. It allowed me to maximize my workout
