Ed was very professional and detailed in his inspection and delivered all he promised on time. The report was invaluable and extremely detailed with a ton of photos and descriptions of what he found. In addition he went over and above in suggesting repairs and preventative measures in the home and in recommending contractors to use for the repairs needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
