Dave Cacopardo is a NJ Certified Home Inspector, licensed with the NJ State Board of Home Inspectors and a member of the InterNACHI community. He brings years of construction experience from his days in North Jersey and through his business Bulldog Property Solutions, LLC. With his knowledge of construction combined with his training and experience as a Home Inspector, Dave prides himself on examining your home as though it were his own.
It's always a better choice to actually walk a roof during an inspection but sometimes a roof may be innacesible due to height or unsafe conditions. A drone is the next best thing and the latest technology for home inspections. If I can't safely walk the roof of your home or potential property, my drone will give us the best view possible with images of the entire roof and property!

Steer clear! Dave found many problems prior to our home purchase that we were able to address with the sellers, but he missed one MAJOR terribly obvious issue that is costing me a fortune. Neglecting to mention that the exposed pipes in the attic weren't insulated, I had no idea it was an issue (let alone that there were pipes in the attic of a one-story house) ... until the pipes froze and burst two months after we closed the sale. Dave is absolutely amazing. He was clear with communication leading up to the inspection and extremely cooperative and clear throughout the in person inspection. Dave looked at the house so thoroughly and noticed things I would have never imagined to check. Once the inspection was finished, we were able to make payment and we’re informed that we would get a full report within 24 hours, which we did. Dave got out to the house quickly to inspect, was super informative (to my husband who was there), returned the report SUPER fast and with great detail. Do not trust these people to do your home inspection! These people passed the home that we bought with only minor problems that we could fix on our own. 4 months after we bought this home, we noticed a terrible smell coming from the crawlspace. The kitchen sink and dishwasher drainage pipes were non-existant! Had this company walked the entire crawlspace they would have seen that there were literally no pipes coming from the kitchen sink. We had sink water emptying into our crawlspace for 4 months! They also passed the heating and cooling unit. It literally does not work! The air conditioning unit
