We highly recommend Rock Solid Home Inspections if you are thinking about purchasing a home. Joe was quick to call before the service was performed and just as available after the fact, which was very important to us. He patiently answered all of our concerns about purchasing an older home with regard to roof issues, possible mold growth, foundation problems, HVAC units etc. His extensive construction background really made us comfortable with the answers and solutions he provided. We would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Joe and Rock Solid Home Inspections were great to work with! Not only were they punctual and easy to communicate with, but Joe was also very thorough in his inspection. Joe took the time to discuss repair recommendations with me and explain the small details of what he was seeing. The seller's previously had a home inspection done that did not show half of the things that Rock Solid reported. Can't recommend Rock Solid enough.

Rock Solid Home Inspection - really rocks!!! Money well spent for my home inspection. Lots of things (concerning issues) I did not see when I did my ocular inspection. I am so glad I hired Rock Solid. Joe is very detailed in his reporting which includes pictures and recommendations on what to do on concerning issues. Awesome communication also with staff (shoutout to Jannette). Joe is also very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Again - Thank you Rock Solid. Very highly recommended for home inspection needs.

The first word to come to mind when writing about Rock Solid Inspection is OUTSTANDING. I have never had such an attentive, helpful, thorough, knowledgable, precise, and fair home inspector in all of my home buying experiences. Buying a house is an exciting yet scary time, and Joe was everything one could hope for when going through this difficult process. Joe at Rock Solid Homes was not only profession but extremely thorough. The detail report did not leave anything out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Joe was able to inspect the house within a couple days. Showed up on time. He answered all our questions before and after the inspection. I was out of state during this inspection but felt confident in his professionalism and knowledge on what we should negotiate in our contract. We were very satisfied that we were making the right decision with Rock Solid and confident we made the right decision on the house.

Outstanding home inspector! Joe is very knowledgeable and will clearly explain any concepts or answer any questions about the inspection. His report was detailed and color coded based on the severity of the issue he found. He will continue to stay in touch after the inspection to answer any more questions. All of this was made available at an affordable price for a condominium. I plan to stick with Rock Solid for all future home inspections.
