Gray's towing absolutely SAVED THE DAY. My car broke down on the side of a very busy road, and I proceeded to first call AAA. They ended up taking 6 hours and then needed me to bring the key, which I had already dropped off at the mechanic. I called Gray's, and in the time it took me to start and end my call at AAA earlier in the day, the very kind and friendly Angela already had my car picked up. It was a VERY reasonable price and without a doubt saved me from further headache and a potential impound! I will always use them from here on out.

Called Gray’s on a Sunday, hoping to get my boyfriend’s car towed about 3 miles down the street, from my parents house to ours. Angela was the dispatcher and she was extremely polite and eager to help out. She was able to get the tow scheduled right away, which was way quicker then I thought it would of been. Very impressed. The tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and friendly also. He called when he arrived and completed the tow job flawlessly. They even texted me my receipt after all was said and done. Excellent and professional service! I had a unique need for a boom truck, and Grays stepped right up to the plate. They were punctual, Adam did a great job of communicating with me regards my project and in fact I'm using them to move one of my very rare vehicles to a auto show and back. They picked up my car and towed it to their facility after a recent accident to the front bumper and hood. They transferred the car to another towing company to take it to the collision place. The towing company that picked it up from Grays took 360 degree pictures and there was new and fresh damage on the right back quarter panel. From the time it left the accident scene to the time it was transferred to the other company it must have side swiped another car, probably towing it into the Grays lot. The insurance company is assuming the damage was there, but without a doubt there was no damage

Fantastic service. My car decided to start smoking. I called all sorts of places but no one wanted to get me. I was parked in a really strange, out of the way place. Saw these guys had one good Yelp review and risked it. I'm very glad I did. My only tow truck ride was more fun than it should have been. Jimmy was very nice and not the creepy stereotype of a tow truck driver at all. I learned about the company and heard some interesting stories. The twenty something miles flew by.

I had a morning from you-know-where this morning because I locked my keys in my car. I called the police, fire department, locksmith, EVERYONE and Gray's were the only ones that were 1. available and 2. willing to help me. They showed up within 15-20 minutes and literally saved my day. It was $75 for them to unlock my car but it was worth it! Thanks Gray's!
